Hello ,

Pictures from this year , the last ones I have .
I had to change the wastegate for a smaller one , I did also all the coolant line with aluminum hard line with wiggins clamp and installed the polished panel over the radiator. All the coolant lines and bypass are custom and without thermostat. (controlled by the electric water pump )
Notice ; I had also to made a shield for the clutch slave just behind the turbo and I use the water port on the tial wastegate .

Some exterior shots from this summer ;
I just cut the bumper the get the intercooler fit , same thing for the oil cooler . I will have to do some finition later ...
I also add jdm projectors finally ..............................
Unfortunately the celi is stored for the winter but I will post what I'm doing this winter.
Hope you enjoy ,
Claude

Hey man how did you come across that little black box that is sitting in the middle of the 7th pic...err your pics with all of your curious electronics?
Interested to see what numbers this little fella puts out. The wiring job on that ally panel is top notch.
Nice - can't wait to see updates!
Too much time since update ...
Got longer stud for spacer .
Not perfect but better .
Finally doing the wiring/plate for the coil on plug ... still need to fab the catch tank supports/ lines
Still soo much to do ....
wow
I love the new look of that stance.
What spacers are them and how much mm?
Spacers come from ; novustech.ca . They are very good quality !!!!!
I have now 20mm front and 10mm rear but I will add 10mm all around with more camber .
Did you make the intake?
This is an awesome awesome piece of kit very very nice indeed
Any piccies from the back?
Ryan
Sorry no I meant the back of the car :-)
Sorry didn't explain too well :-(
Rear pics
Ever tried going wingless?
Ordered my custom big brake kit , last parts was the calipers , which I received last week .
Calipers are 6 pistons , rotors are 14 inch, can't wait to do the test fit !
:0
Holy ****snacks.
Sexy.
Spectacular build, subscribed!
A few questions:
The 7A-GTE engine, I take it, is a 7A-FE (standard 1.8lt ST engine) with a 4AGE head (initnally a 20V blacktop, then a 16V) and a turbocharger. Right?
14in brake rotors are… 355.6mm! My oh my… what diameter are your wheel rims?
Regarding the longer studs and spacers for the wheels, what size are your tires? I'd like to get a feeling of how far out they go with the spacers.
Thanks,
M.
I want in in whatever your dealing!
Custom brackets fits just fine with caliper/rotors combo
Test fit is a succes !
I can't wait to hit them HARD !
I want details! Where/what you bought, and how they perform.
holy cow. nice brakes.
Well, at least you can stop now.
I recently buy 2 x E58 LSD tranny from japan levin GTZ (4agze) . I'm in the process to check the fitment issues.
Just bolted with the block
Front tranny mount is not a long shot .
Rear mount will be custom made .
Just clearing the steering rack
The 2ND tranny with spare 7afe block
Thats the 6speed?
E58 are 5 speed lsd transmission.
A lot of new things , no time to update so I will make a little effort .

http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/P1050464_zps85c7417b.jpg.html
very nice.
From where have you got that carbon fiber touch ?
Got a deal on autometer dash 6013 . It is actually completely made by stack and labeled autometer AND stack .
I'm very happy with the result , no more gauges all around .
Wow... first time I have seen this thread come up. There is some great work and dedication in this project!
I'm very near to complete the E58 gearbox swap . I almost finish to collecting parts ;

http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-04-011367_zpsb6a42843.jpg.html
It's such a long process but at least I do it right the first time .
Hope you enjoy !
...typically not a big fan of the 7a, but dude you deserve an award! That **** is bad ass!
Well , the 7a become more popular because it bolt to the 4ag 16/20v but is not a logical choice in the celica. I just want a different , more unique setup . There are some parts available, just need to search more .
Such meticulous effort you're putting in.
Thank you for your comments !
Updated pictures of the stack cluster . I will never go back to multiple gauge .....

More soon !
That is a proper cluster!
The craftsmanship and polish is professional - looks straight out of a circuit racer.
Hello ,
I'm still there with the 7agte celi . Here some of my updates from the last years .
I buy a B16/B18 Doc race manifold in blowout sales at a very good price .
http://docrace.com/collections/honda/products/b-series-t4-bottom-mount-twinscroll-manifold
Then I cut it and made it to fit the 4age head .
The quality and complexity is impressive .
I changed also my intercooler . The efficiency is the difference , not the size . The second picture show the difference with bar and plate cheap construction .
My ''amateur'' pie cut downpipe
http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-08-31287_zpscdbffdd5.jpg.html
I add 4 EGT to the manifold , the main reason is because I plan to use individual port water injection , then I can see if something goes wrong on one cylinder .
http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-04-011453_zps2b8da230.jpg.html
The pictures are from 2013 so I will update more quickly than the work I made ....
Wow flawless. Why are most turbo down pipes welded like that. I know for cost effective, but is it not practical to mandrel bend one straight pipe?
It was a little tight to bolt the manifold due to space between wastegate and radiator inlet .
http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-09-08025_zpsa2e4ec60.jpg.html
Engine bay picture with the new manifold , new turbo and Levin E58 tranny .

http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-08-31389_zpsc4cb4952.jpg.html
It is directly from Japan ...
I see you already have a carbon fiber hood but maybe a GT-4 hood?
something for under the car
lets see if I can go 2 for 2
darn. well my interest has fallen because if it isnt a cage then MEH lol
excellent work brother
This car should be the next featured ride, great build by a great member, who has always pushed innovation on this site.
Good to see you still around frotou. That is some serious A series pron right there. Do you still have lambo doors?
The install of the cusco cage was not hard , one of the most bolt on part of the celi . Pictures are hard to take but it look great in person .

http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-09-08021_zps11c8804c.jpg.html
Need to put back the missing trim .
I'm not big sound system enthousiast anymore , I use the radio DIN for the profec e01 boost controller and for the stack dash switches. I will remove all the speakers also , the only music is the engine noise now !

http://s179.photobucket.com/user/frotou/media/2013-09-08018_zpsb77e6b58.jpg.html
