The E154f is a pretty stout transmission and should be able to handle 500awhp fairly safely (especially if it's more for highway pulls than dragstrip launches with radials banging gears). Few high hp guys over on alltrac.net use it upwards of 6 and 700awhp. It's the center diff and more often axles that tends to fail on high hp applications though. Overall, no need to be too worried about catastrophic trans failure right off the bat.

The rear diff can take a beating as long as it's in decent shape beforehand and you use quality fluid, as I expect you would. thumbsup.gif

Awesome! That is good to know!

Well I came across a set of my dream wheels for sale.. Couldn't help myself but to scoop them up. I can hardly retain my excitement lol. I can't wait for them to arrive, Truly I had no idea they made them in 5x100. Should look nice on the Celica! You all will have to wait to see finished pictures:)
