dude..i've never felt such responsive handling before. Yarly, Miatas are funking fun. I prefer an NA over your NB, but altogether I can justify the move from Celi to Miata. Ultimately, I think having both would be quite a nice situation. Anyway, hopefully the Celica went to a good owner and the Miata will do you well. -------------------- '97 ST \ Eibach \ KYB \ Kenwood \ Alpine \ Cusco \ OEM+ [sold 10/18]

I woulda gone MR over this too haha. But, it's at least got the newer body. I liked the old headlight popup of the original... but my friends mother has one... and she's... midlife. That killed me ever wanting one. But I will agree, they are responsive little buggers. They're fun to drift in too.

and she's... midlife. That killed me ever wanting one. yes that killed the venza, solara and even the runners, they seem to attract mid lifers, and soccer moms..... the scions are for the kindergarten crowd, so that left me with the FJ, but now im starting to see more soccer moms buying FJS becaue of the plastic carpets, not getting stained from the nastinness of boys after soccer games.. which pisses me off.... , stereotypes..... well end of rant... -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... lol yea there's a lot of hate on miata's. it's been called a car for hairdressers, old people, homos. but im only 21 and have a beautiful girlfriend in the passenger seat 99% of the time so I knock all those stereotypes away. lol. cept the fact that my miata's purple..haha. anyway, i just browsed through this thread and man, i've done much with my celica. i see it every now and then because the person i sold it to is a friend mine. haha. she's local so it's nice that i can still see it around.
and here's a random shot of my NB. coilovers coming soon |

i'm going for the Megan EZ Street Series for $650. i like adjustable damp and racelands are apparently softer than stock suspension according to the reviews over on clubroadster. i want something stiffer than stock and for the money the megans seems to be the best bang for my bike. and i dont like the idea of using my own tophats for racelands. lol. my plans are simple, i just wanna get low, haha. i have to roll my fenders because im on 15x8+20 wheels, they're already sticking a bit past the fender and i dont wanna rub. then an alignment after the roll and coils are done. and i'll see where it goes from there.
