Fuel line return from the power steering pump? The fuel system and power steering systems are totally separate systems.

There is a line that goes through the power steering pump, and back up to the fuel return line. Is that supposed to go somewhere else?

You're going to have to post photos, it sounds like someone did something weird to your car or you're really confused about what line you're talking about. The fuel and power steering systems are completely not connected.

So I may have, I did an engine swap with another 5s-fe and it is a little different. I will do it whenever I look at it this weekend.

those are the air assist lines, not fuel. they raise the idle when you are stopped to help the power steering
