While I had the car on, the whole center console shut off. Radio, clock, and 12v outlet. I took a quick glance at all the fuses under the dash and hood and couldn't find which one it was. Which fuse should I be looking for?

should be the CIG&RAD one under the dash.

Get yourself a test light. One of the BEST tools you can buy to troubleshoot modern vehicles...
