That's a very comprehensive list you've got there... Only about half of it would ring up at partznet.com however... Toyotaworld may be a better option though.

And the climate control won't be much good with out all of the servos and sensors that go along with it. Otherwise, good job.

I'm afraid not...

Posted by: jdg371 Aug 5, 2006 - 7:26 AM

Hmm Malpaso.. Do you happen to have a JDM Vin #? When I go to my dealership.. and ask for these part # They'll ask for a JDM Vin.

Also Great POST! I Freaking love it.. Ive always wanted to my car a SSIII Replica minus the Engine lol. Ive always thought that the SSIII was just the 6pc lip kit, spoiler block, and SSIII Grill.

Posted by: FORGMANN Aug 5, 2006 - 7:39 AM

if you already own a 98-99 .. you can just get a 01 corolla s steering wheel and order a 98 jdm mr2 shift knob to replicate those parts ..

if you want silver dash just paint it .. i would get wheel paint in graphite or silver as it is durable and will match 98 trim .. i have 98 trim (which is only for rhd) and all toyota did was paint trim silver it is black on back side ..

btw .. from what i have heard the plastic door sills for plates are no longer available .. the were roughly 150 for both sides new ..

Posted by: azian_advanced Aug 7, 2006 - 3:22 PM

^^ yes it will..

Posted by: trdproven Aug 8, 2006 - 12:08 AM

Malpaso, this is really good information w/ pics, part numbers and diagrams.

Posted by: malpaso Aug 8, 2006 - 1:08 AM

Many people ask me for this so posting info again in this topic wink.gif

It's about 95% sure, Japan cars has NO 17character VIN like European and US models. There is just "frame number", so no one here searching for JDM VIN will not succeed... here are some frame numbers of JDM celicas (taken from one Japan web)

5th gen.
GTfour, 1991, MT: ST185-0014348

6th gen.
GT, 1993 (!), MT: ST202-0021220
GT, 1994, AT: ST202-0043752
SS-I, 1995, MT: ST202-0090824
SS-I, 1996, AT: ST202-0107907
SS-III, 1997, AT: ST202-0115967 (eddition without beams engine, no splitters, projectors, etc.)
SS-III, 1998, AT: ST202-0130523 (beams edition, TOM'S (Magic) front lip)

7th gen
SS-I, 2001, AT: ZZT230-0123220
SS-II, 2000, MT: ZZT231-0017375

I have also some other SS-III frame numbers from 6gc.net members, but without permission I'll not post it... wink.gif

However, my local dealer can't order any part via those numbers... kindasad.gif (maybe US members will be more successful), so part numbers or 17characters VIN are still needed for me... frown.gif

If you mean those:

IPB Image

I have them from the stock, so I have never searched that part number (that's not the problem) and there is no way how confirm it (that is problem, because even Toyota don't have info about color of parts like this. So it's just "almost sure")

Now about fit... Problem is not about ST/GT models, problem is year of made and market.
JDM/EUROPE - There are two part numbers (actually four, two for left side and two for right side):

for models 93-95
RH 81511-20730
LH 81521-20730

for models 96-99
RH 81511-20680
LH 81521-20660

I have 96 Euro model with clear ones -> my vote are 81511-20680 and 81521-20660 numbers.

Now IMPORTANT thing: front turns for pre- and post-lift models are different!!! They have different shape!
Can you see that?

IPB Image

Now american market...

USDM - Same like JDM/EDM (two groups):

for models 93-95
RH 81511-20740
LH 81521-20740

for models 96-99
RH 81511-20780
LH 81521-20720

Here I can't help you more (I'm not familiar with USDM models much) kindasad.gif .

Nope (w/o customizing)... see difference:

this is 94-95 bumper...
IPB Image

...and this is 96+ one (your essential problem in the circle)
IPB Image

because SS-III splitters fits to this "curve" well

now bit promo biggrin.gif , PM Alan he has one for sale (pic http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f217/shinpuu/6cg/DSC00918.jpg)... taken from real SS-III wink.gif. Maybe you will have a deal...

Two-post spoiler and raiser blocks

blocks part numbers:

LH: 76087-20916
CONFIRMED (I asked price from Toyota dealer)
price: $750 (Sorry... I have forgot if this price is just for raisers or raisers with wing...)
spoiler part number:
76870-20916
NOT CONFIRMED (I have that from car junk yard wink.gif)
price: $400 (I belive someone I know bought this for this price...)

Malpaso,

I have some questions. Are those the numbers for the SS-III blocks without the gt-four writing in them?
And have you checked the prices lately to see if it was with or without the spoiler?

Posted by: doGGy Jan 17, 2007 - 10:37 AM

Price of 750$ is for the raiser blocks. Cuz i clearly know what in EU Dealerships they cost about 250Eu each.

I can supplie Raiser Blocks without GT-four writing for 180$ shipped (pair ofcorse)

Romas

Posted by: Alan Jan 17, 2007 - 10:59 AM

Does the raiser blocks have the GT-4 writing on them, Do raiser blocks come out with the SS-111 celica ? dont they only come with the GT-4 model?

Posted by: doGGy Jan 17, 2007 - 11:14 AM

^^^ Take a look up and you will see what SSIII came equiped with teh Riser Blocks.

GT-Four from 94 till 98 (WRC models i think) came with the blocks what had a Writing kinda pressed in them.
After 98 GT4's came with the blocks what has a GT-Four sticker on the blocks.

SSIII from 98 came with the blocks you can see in the pics ^up.

I can supplie either Blocks with the GT-Four writing pressed in them or just clean blocks WITHOUT any writing on them.

SSIII / or 98-99 GT-four Stickers can be ordered at Dealerships.

Seems I made (thanks to local dealer) "mistake". Those numbers I have posted...

IPB Image

...are not from JDM SS-III celica but from Euro GT-four. That means numbers are right, but there are GT-four raiser blocks for Euro GT-four -> with pressed GT-Four writing. That's why I looked again (and better) for real SS-III raiser's numbers and I have found interesting thing. In EPC for JDM models are raisers shown like this:

IPB Image

And there is just one part number only for that... so it must be part number for spoiler(wing) and raiser blocks together!!! See what i got below:

02/94-10/94 (WRC models) 76085-20918
09/93-08/95 (All liftback models) 76085-20915*, 76085-20920*
08/95-12/97 (All liftback models) 76871-20911*
12/97-08/99 (GT-four and SS-III) 76870-20916 -> so far... seems this is what we are really looking for
12/97-08/99 (SS-I and SS-II) 76871-20911

This is complete list for JDM models (everything you can find). Two post, three post, w or w/o raisers,... And numbers with '*' are same for Euro and US market as well!!! There are no other numbers for non-JDM markets but those "mistake" GT-four Euro raisers. I'll check everything with Toyota dealer today and I'll let you know wink.gif. I like mysteries biggrin.gif.

note: whether I'm right or not, best way still is just buy replicas from doGGy (for three reasons):
1. you mostly already have just spoiler
2. price is much lower than genuine part
3. you know what you buying for sure...

EDIT: I have some info from Toyota (Europe) about that:
- If I would like to buy just raiser blocks only chance are those Euro GT-four I mentioned first time
- All spoilers above can be ordered, but for some of them they can't guarantee what exactly will come (because they guarantee parts for local market only), so no one would know for sure if will come just spoiler or with raisers... complete list what you can find (for hatch) you can see below:

02/94-10/94 (WRC models) 76085-20918
pure JDM part, rare and bloody expensive! About $3900... What that should be? Just spoiler??? I can't believe that...
09/93-08/95 (All liftback models) 76085-20915, 76085-20920
common US, JDM and Euro parts. Both just two post spoilers, price $1100
08/95-12/97 (All liftback models) 76871-20911
common US, JDM and Euro parts. Just three post spoiler, price $1050
12/97-08/99 (GT-four and SS-III) 76870-20916
pure JDM part, no other info available kindasad.gif, price $1350. But if you want my opinion, I believe it's really spoiler with raiser blocks (w/o letters) cuz there is no other way how get them for JDM celica.
12/97-08/99 (SS-I and SS-II) 76871-20911
same three post spoiler like above, price $1050

02/94-06/96(GT-four raiser blocks) RH: 76088-20914, LH: 76087-20916
are available only for European market (not JDM parts), price is $750 for pair
11/93-08/99(All liftback models) PZ402-14451-AB
Euro dealer option two post spoiler, available for European market. Spoiler is a lot smaller (left in the picture below), can't be used with raiser blocks!!!

IPB Image

so... I would need edit my topic a bit about SS-III spoiler... thanks for comments (and thanks to Gerald for pics wink.gif).

any numbers on front turn signals?

I can confirm that the numbers below are for the ones on the picture. I ordered these and they are the ones from the picture.

81511-20680

Nope, the clear brake light is not an OEM part, it is custom-made by a member on here (wolfie).

QUOTE

Ditto. OEM clear turns are only available as an option for the facelift front, which was fitted to cars manufactured between 1996 and 1999. Clear turns for 93-95 cars are available as a custom job from wolfie.

bumper- yes
door sills- i think have been discontinued and weren't ever available on the us market (correct me if i'm wrong)
gauges- i believe they are quite a bit different than usdm gauge clusters. plus they are only available in kilometers not mph. for white gauges your best bet is to get some reverse glow gauges from either speedhut.com or procarparts.com. speedhut has more and better options but is almost double the $$$.
i hope that helps

you need to order 2 of the same part.. the seal doesn't go inside the hole at all, it just surrounds the light. if you have jdm fenders, the side repeaters snap in very tight and is very snug in the hole (shouldn't leak in imo).

If it's the right number I can get them from my Toyota dealer...

I only got those:

those numbers above are for those black plastics only (w/o metal plate). Plate has own number and it's the same one for left and right side.

I heard they were no longer available...

Yea, I've seen pictures of those before and they are clearly different to both the metal ones and the standard unbranded plastic.

As an aside, here are current UK prices for the parts listed earlier in the thread.
> 67917-20220 (Japanese Catalogue) £43.46
> 67918-20180 (Japanese Catalogue) £43.46
> 67913-20230-C0 (Japanese Catalogue) £46.18
> 67914-20190-C0 (Japanese Catalogue) £46.18

From EPC is impossible to see how exactly part looks like... so no one is able to say in advance this is right number... however:

- those numbers with -C0 at he end are for 100% part numbers of black plastic door sills
- those plastic door sills are at least two. One is plain. 99% of stock cars have that... and second one has some kind of slot or notch on it. It's slot for that metal plate...

67913-20250-C0 RH (plain)
67913-20230-C0 RH (slot one)
67914-20250-C0 LH (plain)
67914-20190-C0 LH (slot one)

there are no other ones

- than there are numbers for "branded metal plate".

67917-20220
67918-20180

because in EPC is no information about side (RH/LH) it must be:
a) set of two metal plates and there are two different styles (as shown in the pictures above)
b) it's only one style of metal plate (that ''shorter'' one) and two numbers are just substitutes (common in EPC). According that second style should not be OEM but some aftermarket product.

I persist in this topic are correct SS-III foglight part numbers. Just because there are NO OTHER FOGLIGHT PART NUMBERS for any 96+ bumper...

note: this topic is not about GT-four
note II: part number for GT-four foglights are for 100% different than 96+ bumper foglights just because it's different part...

Malpaso,

Could you check if these numbers are correct. Because I looked on the net and the picture i got was
the one below :

IPB Image

Posted by: malpaso Mar 6, 2008 - 11:20 AM

For SS-III model are available only two part umbers in EPC:

IPB Image

As you can see "part description" there are some "A" and "H" types. Drawings you can see below:

IPB Image

According those drawings I have decided type "A" would match better... however now you may try make own decision smile.gif

Posted by: azian_advanced Mar 6, 2008 - 12:00 PM

i think that is incorrect martin..
notice the SS-III rims have a smaller center cap that doesn't reach the lug nuts... while the standard GT/GT-S rims have the larger center caps that reaches the lug nuts..

so:

SS-III = Type H Rims
GT/GT-S = Type A Rims

Sad to say that...but you are right Gerald smile.gif. I looked better on that picture of SS-III rims and have noticed there are 5 small holes or dents between bolt lugs... And the same are drawn in picture with type "H"... I need to correct my original post. Thanks.

Those "blue ones" are the same as in other pictures. That blue color is because of plastic film on it (every brand new piece has it and of course you should remove it) and yes you can buy it from Toyota.

It's only in Japan EPC (not in US/European EPC) so can't say if it will fit LHD as well (IMO it would but can not prove it). Part number is: 86120-2B581

I was wondering the same thing because I need to replace one of my front splitters. I just came from one of our local dealers and the Parts Dept. told me they only order U.S. parts. Anyone!?

UPDATE: I actually just called Shannon at Toyotaworld/Champion Toyota and he's looking into this for me. U.S part numbers do not show up in their computer system, but he is going to email their Japan distribution and see if they are indeed still available to ship to the U.S.

IF available approx. wait time to get them is about 3 months.

hey guys im having problems mounting my SSIII splitters. what screws did you guys use for them? i've asked for self tapping screws at home depot and autozone and nobody knew what i was talking about =[ also the picture on the first page only shows 1 screw for the front and 2 for the back? wtf

Posted by: Rusty Sep 4, 2008 - 3:23 PM

ha they do to (I can't be bothered checking mine) but dont they use the same holes for the front bumber (that the bumber uses for the undertray)

Posted by: R-M-D Sep 7, 2008 - 8:17 AM

I recently installed the full kit, and the front and rear splitters match the original bolt and screw locations

only thing you have to drill is for the sideskirts... some 10 holes on each side

Posted by: Rusty Sep 10, 2008 - 1:25 AM

really? have you got pics of the install of those side skirts?

the part number for the skirts are correct.. i'm not sure if colors are available for these. try it and see if they'll accept the D0 at the end.. otherwise you'll just get it in black.

I have spent a great deal of time searching for the correct 3-post leather steering wheel with red stitching AND cruise control. I think i may have come across the correct part number for both red stitch and cruise. Can anyone verify this number? Part is: 45100-14650-C1

Also, does anyone know if the 98-99 Celicas had a red stitched steering wheel?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Jason

If I were you don't drill, just use double-sided tape. You don't wanna any more holes that can promote rust, or just the fact if you don't have the sideskirts. Or the fact you just have 10 holes on each side. Besides that, what would be the chance you would drill 10 holes perfectly.

Rear straight on, front need some minor mod I think

Posted by: azian_advanced Mar 26, 2009 - 11:28 PM

yes. the rears fit on any hatchback. the fronts are suited more for the 96+ bumpers but should still fit fine on a 95.

It's alredy explained in this topic. Raiser blocks for two post spoiler were available just for European models because JDM models had them included with spoiler (what you have used is exactly two post spoiler with raiser blocks included). So if you want OEm raiser blocks you must ask for this:

02/94-06/96(GT-four raiser blocks) RH: 76088-20914, LH: 76087-20916

It's the same isue. there is nothing like "SS-III raiser blocks". There are only:

JDM SS-III raised two post spoiler (as one part)
JDM GT-four raised two post spoiler
(as one part)

Those are the same. Only difference are stickers on sides.

Euro GT-four raiser blocks + two post spoiler (as three parts)

Raiser blocks has GT-four lettering pressed on so if you want get rid of this you must shave it (like I did)

before:

after:

You also may need this seeling but it's not a must at all...

And about splitters... I'm realy surprised you can not buy splitters and raisers you can... However you have also option to try E-bay or Vincent_Doggy here on forum. I bet he can find and sell them as well.

...as written in first post:

Side visors

part number for set:
08613-20172
CONFIRMED (I asked price from Toyota dealer)
price: $200

There is no other number. It's price for pair and you can ask Toyota dealer. Actually I did that two months ago at local dealer because wanted to know actual price. If not lower perhaps... it is not. They said like $220 because USD exchange rate changed.

where do you get the sideskirts from

Posted by: jjbenzo Sep 25, 2017 - 11:36 PM

Hi everyone,

I am wanting to locate the branded Celica, metal door sill plates. There are four part numbers listed, two that are for the branded sill plates and two that are some other type of sill plate. I am a bit uncertain as to what the differences are, or whether or not I even need all four pieces. Is there a reason to purchase the black plastic sill plates? Is it a situation where if you buy one pair, the other is needed?

Also, one post in this thread made it seem as if the metal branded sill plates are the exact same , regardless of which side. If thats the case, then, there should only be one part number, not two as shown at the beginning of the thread. Any clue as to which is correct?

Here is what I am referring to, listed in this thread:

branded plate part numbers:
67917-20220 or 67918-20180
CONFIRMED (I asked price from Toyota dealer)
price: $210
sill trim part numbers:
RH: 67913-20230-C0
LH: 67914-20190-C0
CONFIRMED (I asked price from Toyota dealer)
price: $190

Thank you in advance,

I believe the second set of part numbers there are for the Curren. Seen here: https://www.nengun.com/toyota/karen-st20-genuine-scuff-plate-set-356603

They are exactly the same as the Celica metal sills, but they say "Curren" on them. I could be wrong though. I have a set of the Celica metal door sills if you want me to go take a look at what's stamped underneath them.

If they are on your car, then please don't go to the extra trouble. However, if you have them off and easily accessible that would be great!
