I just did this swap on my 99GT - I had to get the sealed strut set. Both my front and rear struts are sealed.

im goin to be gettin a set of gr-2's and some tein springs but i read somewhere that i might have to replace somethin else other then just the shocks/struts??

I had to swap out the bump stop, boots, and insulators too - you may not have to, but mine were all worn out. Also, some people go ahead and swap out the bearing in the front strut mounts

Dear Sir,

get your own thread. I need this info before i order my struts and shocks.

MODS...please clean this thread or lock it. I will start a new one.

BTW ..I'm not pissed at anyone, i just want some answers and not have to sift through someone elses replies.

peace
