possibly a stupid question and if it was feasible it probably but what about using a 4agze supercharged mr2 ecu and wire harnesses as a solution for engine control on a low boost 7afte

i have a passion for engines and to me not possible just means i need to find a way to do it better.
anything will fit in anything given enough time tools money and knowhow never limit yourself on what you can do to your car.

If you swap the head to a 4agze head then you can use the ecu, but it won't work with a 7afe head. Doing the head swap would get you a 7agte though if you turbo it, but using the stock ecu would be silly for the amount of work you'll put in. A stand alone would be much safer/better.
