I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find the OEM parts numbers for #2 & #3 cooling fan relays. Does anyone know? Would rather buy from Toyota than aftermarket.

Please & thank you!

And yes, I still have a Celi. Not the original silver one from before, but now a shiny sparkly black GT.

Hey girls heyyyyyyyy...

Yeah, LSD is the alternate option & sounds like the best route. Sounds like the AWD is way more work than it'd be worth. I had a feeling that might be the case, but I thought it was worth educating myself on.

Hey there, strangers, long time no speak! But alas, I'm still alive, still in Portland, still doing the Celica thing. I'm on my 2nd one (well, technically it's my 3rd, after a voracious dud that I flipped about 3 weeks in). My original silver ST got totaled a few years agoI drove it for a while after that w/the intention of fixing it, but one day the timing belt went and I decided enough was enough.

Onto my current, a 94 GT. I've done everything to it that I've wanted, all that's left is the motor swap now. I've been quietly stalking the forum here & there, doing some homework. One thing is bothering me though that I haven't really been able to find a definitive answer for. If a 3mzfe will mate up to an e153, then it stands to reason it would mate up to an e153f, no? So what's stopping me from doing a GT4 awd rear diff conversion & dropping a 3mz into that? Motor swap, e153f, axles, rear diff, fuel cell...? Or is this an ECU nightmare? Does the ECU even CARE about awd if it's a manual anyway? Living in the Pacific Northwest, I'm really REALLY becoming jealous of all the subies and their fancy actual TRACTION in the rain & snow. I'm old and ain't got no time or tolerance for our open differential. haha

TLDR: Will a 3mz-fe mate up to an e153f? What are the pros & cons?

Search back through my posts; I did this swap on my old ST several years ago. It's a PITA but can be done. You'll need new door cards, window assemblies & the door harness to do this. It won't plug & play, you'll have to wire it in since the base ST models don't have the pigtail on the wiring harness to plug into from the door harness. I did a write up on this in roughly 2009.

I'm in the process of relocating & am not in Portland. I'll be back in town on Wednesday and will have access to my notes/records then, & will post up the info at that time. I'm not unwilling to be held accountable at all, and have been in touch with mostly everyone who's involved.

Thanks for putting the kibbosh on b/s comments, it's pretty much why I've been MIA from here.

Just got off the phone with the bank, the problem was due to the block that I'd placed on my bank account; it was supposed to be a temporary block but they'd placed an "extended" block. The block has been removed and I will be able to make transactions tomorrow.

Just woke up to the email notification about the bank declining the transfer. You're not the only person it happened to, it happened for one other transaction as well, for which I was emailed about yesterday and IMMEDIATELY actually FORWARDED the email to the person it affected to let him know what happened and that I'd call the bank to inquire about it today.

I had a past problem with PayPal and had to block them because they were making unauthorized charges to my account. The block was supposed to be a one time deal, but I'm guessing that's what the problem is here.

SO, since you have my email address as well, I would very much appreciate if in the future you could just email me directly about stuff like this instead of blowing it out to the world. Had you done so I'd have emailed you too just as I did the other person. It's not like I'm going to just initiate a refund that I know won't go through to "make it look good." I understand your frustration but sh*t, that's just pretty immature.

I have lost my job and am systematically issuing refunds weekly as I'm able to. I will reissue yours as soon as I get this cleared up with my bank and am able to use PayPal again, which I expect to be today. I have issued other refunds without any problem, so I'm not sure why this has happened with yours and one other now.

Manny- I can get you a list if you'd like, I'm not trying to hide anything and am totally willing to cooperate here.

Dmitri - I'd PMed you back! I wasn't not aware my PM box was full (that's why I make sure people here have my personal email address, so I can always be contacted in case that happens). I'll email you directly right now. (Please reply so I know you've received it)

KAOS has been in touch with me and I've just responded to him to make arrangements to send the art files to him for printing. I will additionally be modifying the art to be a 16-month calendar, to try to "make up" for the delay with this project.

I will clear out my PM box right now. Anyone wishing to be refunded, please contact me and I will of course comply. I've been a member here for too long and have to this point been a pretty valuable member I'd like to think, and I definitely don't want things to go down negatively like this.

I put a call in last Tuesday to see what the status of my job was & haven't heard back. At this point my only goal is to get the prepaid calendars printed, and I'm out. I love doing this but am myself frustrated by the problems for the second year in a row. Jeremy, email me if you want, I'll even supply you with the indesign files for a template for future calendars if you want.

I'm sorry these issues have continued for the second consecutive year. If Monday I don't have any answers, I will pull the job & get them printed elsewhere to fulfill the existing orders. My intent is to have them fulfilled by the end of the week.

I'm here; it's just been a very insane month, I'm sorry for not replying sooner. I will call the printer tomorrow & find out the status, & will update tomorrow afternoon (and will also reply to PMs)

Sorry, you guys. Most of you know me, & you know I'm straight up. Don't be worried.

bump, i'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, but any luck with the calenders yet?
EDIT: its fine if they arent ready yet, i would just like an update wink.gif

Status right now is that I pulled what I'd sent to the printer due to some late submissions. Since December COTM is posted, I figured at this point I might as well email him & see if I can't get a high res photo of the winning picture, so it can be included in the calendar.

The calendar itself will be extended through January 2012... sort of to "make up" for the lost time for Jan 2011. If I can get the December COTM pic this week, I expect to have the calendars back from the printer by or around January 7th, and of course will ship them IMMEDIATELY. All pre-paid calendars will be shipped Priority Mail.

Dimitar, no problem, of course that's your right. Email me and let me know for sure if that's what you'd like to do, and I'll take care of it.

Are you sure you checked the correct fuses? The radio fuse is under the hood, not under the dash, and if I recall, the dome and the radio are on the same fuse line.

Glad to see ya around, and glad to see you're hanging in there despite the voraciously craptastic year. Join the club, I think I speak for a LOT of people when I say 2010 can suck my ass. It's been a really rough year, at least take comfort in knowing that there's barely 3 weeks left of it! I thoroughly welcome 2011 as a fresh start and will be giving 2010 the finger on the way out.

Hang in there.

I can't find one in a junkyard locally, so just as the title says, I need a left side power regulator ASAP. I will arrange UPS to pick it up if someone has one immediately available and can pack it up for shipping by tomorrow. Thanks!

...told my room mate about how last week I got 467 miles to a single tank of gas. I still heart my Celica - although that may be subject to change tonight when I drive 150 miles through a snow storm over a mountain pass. Hmmmm.... snow tires+chains FTW (hopefully)

Hey guys - this is sort of a bump from the dead, although the tees are far from dead and have been selling in waves since I first put them up last year.

Anyway, I thought I'd bump this up for those of you interested - there's a 4 hour sale that I just got an email about, and it's going on NOW. So if you're looking at this and it's more than 4 hours from the time of this post, then the sale is over!

Sale price is 50% off apparel! Note that this is ENTIRELY separate from the hoodies I'm doing, as until recently this place didn't offer hoodies, and now that they do, they're pretty damn expensive, and there's no option for the print that goes on the sleeve art; plus, the artwork has to be smaller, so it basically just kills the whole hoodie design. There are pull-over hooded sweatshirts that you can get from here though, just a slightly different design than what I'm doing on the zip-up hoodies.

So again, 50% off apparel use code ALLFFHSDEALS in check-out, and you'll get 50% off. Also, orders over $50 get FREE SHIPPING - use code FREESHIPFORU to get free shipping as well. Items are excellent quality, and turn-around time is usually 24-36 hours; they're really quick.

Here's the link to my online storefront: http://www.zazzle.com/griffgirl
