I'm trying to see if a gt4 member(or someone with superstrut) can film video of the suspension geometry at work. I want to see just how far the sway bar moves up and down during normal driving, but preferably during spiritied canyon driving. Please let me know guys!!

so these are pics of the camera's mounting point on the chassis. as you can see its a c-clamp and a regular 1st edition go pro camera. its attached to the gas tank if thats correct? this camera isn't very good for lighting. I need the 2nd edition hd go pro camera as I"m almost sure you'd be able to see all the moving suspension parts.... i'll try to mount the camera to the front suspension tomorrow.

looks great!
Maybe get some magnetic wireless led lights, mount them around to light the shadowed areas
I could probably do those come summer time here (a few months from now.)
I'm sure someone else will have had it doen by then however
got it mounted to the front and the clearance is just right. I wonder if I can get a better angle if I mount it pointing to the right tire. took a video but it was too dark, I shot the video about 15 min before it got dark. It held on just fine and had to remove the under panel plastic as you can see. I'll get video's tomorrow.

really neat
ok finally got the front. i miss shifted at the beginning that's why you hear the grinding noise. but you also get the idea of how much the transmission moves with a beams motoring attached to it. i can only imagine how much it moves for you 3sgte guys or hefty 1mzfe guys but as you can still see even in broad daylight i still need the hd go pro camera and also i need to remount it so i can get a closer view! this videos is 1:27 min

lol in the rear suspension video at about 25Sec all I could hear was "FART caaaaan" no offense though; cool videos!
this needs to be done with a newer edition go-pro! i need some HD!
I wish i could do this because I have a hero2, but my car isnt running. Youll probably get your hands on one before I get my car back on the ground
well this mount is much better view of the front suspension. I recorded a 6 min video that i was going to shorten to 1 min but still depending on where you are its either perfect on lighting or just becomes really dark. so i need the hd camera no matter what!
