Hello to all smile.gif

this is my firs post on this forum. I am from Repulbic of Georgia and I want to say sorry for my English.

This is What I has: 1996 JDM ST205 with 80K milage.
this is what I already bought and going to swap it:
Greddy Emanage Ultimate with map pressure sensor
Garrett T04B Turbo
Custom manifold
Custom downpipe
Greddy boost controler.

Now my question is:
What WHP and BHP should I expect and what will be maximum safe power on stock engine?
Do I need to upgrade intercooler for 300WHP?

It sounds like you went with the BIG modifications first without building your engine. I would have recommended "bolt-on helpers" for your stock set up first to see how you liked it, but you are going to need to make some big fuel upgrades to support the modifications that you have bolt. It will be good for over 300hp, but you should probably convert to front mount once you achieve over 320 at the wheels.

There are guys around her running 350 at the engine no problem on stock internals and water to air intercooler.

Yes the motor and intercooler are fine at that power level, but just remember that it highly depends on how that emanage you have is tuned.

1. manifold is done
2. turbo is attached
3. also attached front mount intercooler.

my car:

new body kit - on top is mine, after body kit will looks like this:

we start to build Costum manifold with 450mm runners:

this is first attach of manifold and turbo (one runner is missing smile.gif

That is just what is known as the TRD Sideskirts and TRD front and rear splitters / spats... however, as Rusty (moderator) has pointed out in one of the ultimate parts stickies it is in actual fact just one of the Toyota OEM optional extras kits.... but a good one smile.gif

And that second pic of the other car looks like a CF replica riser blocks with just the letters painted.

Hi nice car.

Nice turbo package. You will be limited by the factory injectors to around 350hp @ engine, 280-300hp @ 4wheels
The stock engine internals can handle this just fine, and the small size of that turbo means the limits of the stock engine and stock fuel system will be reached near the limits of that turbo (this makes a good match for now, but you may regret this in the future when your desire for power increases)

I recommend using a Gen4 Intake manifold to complete your front mount setup

I know that stock injectors cant do more, but what I dont know is - will my fuel pump be enough for 350HP on engine?

have you replaced the fuel pump yet? if not, you'll probably hit fuel cut very quickly.
you should upgrade to a walboro 255lph (liter per hour) one

Hello,

Can anybody tell me how to disable cooler pump error? there is no more water to air inter cooler inside and I god check engine... biggrin.gif

in my country therr is only ime dyno, ant it is 2 wheel drive

I have finaly finished my first setup and today was dyno tuning day. as dyno is 2 wheel drive soluton was to remove drive shaft fot rear wheels, but it was wrong way: in firs gear it was running like neitral, the same was on second gear, on third it was look like normal and the same in forth gear but when we start tuning emanage and when power was incrasing - engine was runing on high perfomance, but on whell there was no power...

any idea???

maximum dino rsult was 300 bhp on 0.7 bar..... but i am shure there was more power on this pressure but power was loosing in gear....
