Thought about it but this is my daily so I'm looking for the least downtime and I'm pretty much set on either swapping another 5S or a 3S in.

Ya sounds like a good plan, just sourcing a 5s is a problem and swapping a 3s would be more expensive

I love the carbon fiber wrap! I thought about it, tried to put on a nice brushed stainless steel wrap, but it wouldn't stick. It kept lifting. How did you get it to stick? Heating it only got it to stay temporarily. It would lift after a few hours. I'll be painting it now.. frown.gif

Cleaned and used a heat gun was pretty much it, maybe cuz my trim was previously painted it might of helped with it sticking

Yeah mine was just plastic finish, I cleaned it but that didn't seem to make it stickier. Shift gaiter surround was painted but the vinyl didn't stick there either. I'll be going with silver paint for the moment, maybe vinyl later. So many things to do!

That actually looks really nice, only reason i went with the carbon fibre was cuz my trim was previously painted red, then i re-did it in black and with time it wasnt looking to appealing so vinyl wrap it was, i'd do it in a gloss black if ever i wanted to redo it

on another note, picked this up from KAOS during the winter time, thaaanks again, been looking for this part for a couple years now but the price they were selling them for didnt seem to make me do it any quicker, until his part-out, currently waiting for it to get painted

i did get the center of the spoiler painted black, just waiting on the end pieces to be paint matched with the rest of the car

unfortunately the TRD wing did not come with end caps, so i needed to source a pair out, luckily i scored a set of carbon fibre end caps, i think they will look awesome when its all put together

should be completely put together and on the car in the next week or so

it took me a couple minutes to decide but I like the new wing MUCH more.

I never noticed how much of a curve it had on the cross bar. NICE upgrade man

Yaaa i completely agree, once i had the spoilers side by side it was obvious which one i liked more, but dont get me wrong, i love the gt-four spoiler, thats why im not selling it, but the trd wing just has that difference factor that just flows
