My celica currently has an electrical issue. Its a 3sgte swap. My radiator fans wont turn on, and intercooler pump is not running. Also the cabin fan does not work at all. Any thoughts of what this could be? Ive checked fuses and relays with no luck. Any help much appreciated!!

It is your engine main relay. I had the same issue where my car would start but the radiator fans and cabin fan would not work. Look at this wiring diagram and you will see.

It is located in the large fuse box in engine bay on the driver's side. Replace it and your problem will be fixed.

Thanks for the reply!! I replaced the main engine relay and still no luck. The relay is working. I have 14v there and i can hear the relay click. I have no power to the fan relay 2 and ac comp relay. Fan relay 3 has power. Ill have to do some more investigating when i have more time.

I had the same issue. You need to pull the relay out and actually test that it has continuity when it clicks. Mine was clicking but it was not carrying continuity where is should have. Hearing the relay click when you provide voltage is only half of the test. From what you are explaining to me if it is not the relay it may be your CDS fan fuse. Here is another wiring diagram of the AC system.

With those 2 wiring diagrams you should be able to track down your problem with a multimeter.

I got a chance to check the car today. Seems like the problem is power issue on the white wire going to the main engine relay after the 100 amp alt fuse. Alt fuse is fine and so is the am1 fuse. Power is correct in those areas. The white wire would either have 0v or 8v or the correct 13v. Maybe the connection is loose. Ill have to take the whole fuse box apart next week and finally solve this stupid problem. Any input/suggestions will greatly be appreciated.
