I need a favor from a few who are involved with the 3s & E153 tranny. Heres my current problem. I'm using GT cables, but the clips are too thin to hold the linkage in tightly. Anybody have this combo and have some insight? Also, I'm using the GT front mount, the ST185 drivers side mount, and I got nothing in the rear right now. So I'm looking to either borrow someones ST205 mount if they're not using it so that I can figure out whether or not it'll fit and if I should buy one.

Would appreciate the help and I'll be whomevers best friend if they can help. biggrin.gif

why not fabricate new clips. They shouldn't be that hard to make, just make them a lil thicker

You definately need the 205 rear mount and bracket. The mount is offset to the left about an inch, exactly what's needed. This combo will work with the mounts ur already using.

As for the shifter cables, I made my own clips to fix them to the box.

I think I have everything you need in my shop. I most likely have those clips and I have the mounts from an ST185 too if you want to make them work.

I dont think the rear ST185 mount would work.

I'm using the st185 left, right, and rear with a custom front. Why not just take it to a shop and have them make a custom mount.
