Mileage amount was 1300 miles and had to refill 22 ml of oil is this horrible or ok?

THIS IS AMERICA WE USE IMPERIAL.

That's like what, 3/4 of an ounce and there's 32 ounces in a quart. So yeah, that's like nothing to worry about at all. You've reached my level of OCD, you should seek help.

All of it so you don't have to worry about draining it. Just top it off.

1qt is about 950ml, so 22 is like 2.5% of a quart, how did you even measure such a small amount?!?

a little more than half a quart in 1300 miles is a bit much. See if you're leaking oil from the dizzy and/or the valve covers first and work your way from top to bottom.

When was the last time the car get a major tune-up?

i would still change oil every 5,000 miles along with a new filter if your burning a quart a month or however the amount is... as sludge will build...

Ahhh ok, 22 oz over 1,300 miles makes more sense to ask about. In that case you're still within what manufacturers consider within spec even on brand new cars, most say a quart every 1,000-1,500 miles is acceptable believe it or not... At any rate being an older engine I'd check seals and gaskets as already mentioned, if you're burning it you should see evidence on the spark plugs. If you have the 7A-FE they're notorious for stuck oil rings and consequently burning oil, sometimes doing a piston soak with Marvel Mystery Oil or the like helps free them up and can reduce or stop consumption.

Wow 😮 really some new cars consume that much oil ? 1 quart
Hmm if I check the spark plugs what should I see ?
I have the 5sfe
Currently driving 140 miles a day
26.4 mpg last checked today.
Thanks guys for the advice
All I’ve seen is the valve cover leaking at the back

You could probably expect to burn up to a litre on any old engine such as ours. But you could also be leaking it, so check for that too.
