how do you know its dumping fuel? do you have a wideband O2?

I have seen 1 instance with an injector stuck open and it filled the cylinder with gas and hydrolocked the engine.

Open your ECU and check for blown capacitor. This has happened to us before. Try swapping out the ECU to check real easily. We had a bad capacitor and one of the injectors was getting pegged open by the ECU. Swapped ECUs and job done. Good luck. Let us know if you need anything GEN4. It's what we do. www.primemr2.com.
