I don’t care what you say. It’s the Aston Martin Vantage. Or the Vanquish. Or the DB9. Or the DBS. Doesn’t matter, they all look the same.
Regardless of incorrect opinions, I want to hear what you guys think is the most beautiful sheet metal ever.
I think you meant to post this Bugatti 57C
The one you don't have to work on, the one that never let's you down, the one that makes you happy. That's the one.

that's a pretty good contender, or the early models with the double head lights.
Funny I was just thinking about the 2000GT and the XJ220 but they've been posted for me. As far as Honda the S2000 and first gen NSX are nice looking cars, though not sure if anyone finds them to be beautiful. The Jaguar E-type convertible(I think the one time I greatly prefer the convertible version) has to be up there:
I'm going to say the original Z in terms of something mere mortals can afford, especially the ZG version though an actual ZG isn't so affordable:
The E type coupe has a weird roofline but the convertible is teh secks. The 240Z is definitely a great looking car as well. I’d have a hard time choosing between a 1gc and a 240Z for a restoration project. I’m loyal to Celicas but the Z looks better in my opinion.
The S2000 is hands down the best looking Honda to me, but still just not really all that exciting. The NSX bears too much resemblance to an Accord for me, obviously very different but similar styling cues. It’s just not that exciting to look at to me, but it’s still on a whole different league than the new NSX.
The E-type coupe would look a lot better chopped, the roof is just too tall for the body. The Miata suffers from the same problem, would look a lot better if the side windows were like an inch or two shorter and/or the top had trim pieces to continue the window trim off that triangular glass in the door.
I don't think a car has to look exciting to be beautiful; though the S2000 seems to somehow perfectly be not exciting enough nor elegant enough to be classically beautiful. For me I like curvy cars, hence the Bugatti as it's nothing but curves. Though hard edged angular cars can be beautiful too, but then the S2000 is just neither of those somehow... Speaking of beautiful angular cars, the Lancia Stratos:
And Lamborghini Countach:
Also the Ferrari F40:
Though the F40 somehow combines an angular rear with a more rounded front, but it works.
Randy Grubb's cars. The craftsmanship in his builds are second to none.

It needs fender skirts like the Bugatti and then it'd be perfect.
I'm going to say the 987 Cayman is up there, or at least the rear of it is, and somewhat affordable now:
I just love the rear of the car, and especially the quarters.
I think that’s a better looking car than the 911. I considered buying one after selling the 350Z but decided just to keep putting the money away for a Supra.
I think it looks better than the 911 too, that and apparently it handles better too. Cost not even into consideration it'd be a no brainer on which to choose, or at least for me it is anyway.
The Supra is a nice enough looking car, but I could just look at the rear of the Cayman all day. The front is pretty nice too:
Ok, this will get me banned.
I like how the 928 looks.
I don't even know, I don't even know...
987 > 928, simple math. lol (you can trust me cuz I'm Asian.)
in for banning Jordan as well. Not just for that comment but for all other previous comments in the past.
Plus Asians are good at math, so that's like double the trust!
^and then THAT guy just HAD to come in and ruin the whole Asian trust thing I had going on.... ugh...
There's always one isn't there?
Idk why but I love every single Group B car
God this is such a toss up.
FD RX7 is the obvious choice for me, but for something obscurely beautiful its the Gumpert Apollo

I wish I could live like you.....
But my crotch goblins take all my money...
* Insert Paris Hilton, "That's Hot!" meme *
Nice...
and here I am with two crummy Toyotas collecting dust in my garage.
This is essentially a crummy Ford that will collect dust in my garage. We all know I’ll drive it for about a day, keep it maybe 7 years or so, then sell it.
Ford with a Mercedes engine right? Does it still have the reverse tach?
You know it does!
No Merc engine in this one. It started life as a Ford V8, then Jag/Land Rover got their hands on it, then Aston revised it once again. Sounds frightening but it’s turned out to be a damn good engine and makes one hell of a noise. Not that fast or powerful but the sound alone makes driving the car an event.
Nooice! Now put it to use & take it on a road trip to a MidWest Meet, lol. OR we plan MidWest Colorado meet.
Jess wants to go to Colorado Denver area again and do some mountains hiking which is a lot easier with a car...and I could experience the joys of a non turbo high compression engine at high altitude! You thought it was slow before....just wait.
How's the 007 training going?
NOT GREAT! Turns out I am not in good shape to be doing secret agent man stuff.
The car is fantastic though. Slow as heck in a straight line but in the corners, it’s a helluva car. I recently took it on a mountain cruise and I have to say, it’s certainly an experience to be rowing gears in a 6 speed Aston with that V8 soundtrack. Straight line performance really isn’t as bad as I say it is but you just don’t get any drama from it. It’s a very smooth engine and all the power comes on above 5,000 rpm so it’s not power you use around town. When you do use it, the power curve is is very linear so you never really feel it. You certainly hear it though!
I expected endless James Bond remarks with this car. So far I have gotten none. I have, however, gotten multiple remarks about my “Batmobile.”
I have requested “DAT AST” for a license plate. Let’s see if it gets approved.
Little jelly. Let's hope that they approve that plate!
You need to lower the altitude inside the intake manifold with some forced induction
A couple of pictures just because I agree that it needs a supercharger. The sports pack wheels suit it nicely but I’m eyeing some HRE’s.
Gorgeous car.
Oh no, it's been off road now. That's such a pretty silver on a pretty car, I do agree about some different wheels. They look good, well suited but lacking something. Too angular and sharp compared to the rest of the car?
