I brought to you how I solved the problem with a thud on the suspension arms SSS.
I really like to use it SSS suspension arms, because I had the opportunity to compare with McPherson suspension, because like last machine was ST-202.
But after the purchase, I discovered a terrible knock on all the front suspension, which has been difficult to locate.
I started to deal with this problem.
This may help diagnose your problem...
Thanks for your reply.
I solved this problem. I will show you now.
That suspension arms

Here are a few photos that would understand the process of revival of suspension arms:

Myself I levers did three years ago.
In the photo one of many of my works.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhMC1FTHMwM2hpMnM
nice stuff
That is a lot of work. Looks like you had to break the joints apart, and then machine your own parts to put them back together?
How are the rebuilt parts holding up long term?
Here's another example embodiment.
There are replacement of bushings in the suspension arm banana (yellow polyurethane).
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhaHRuS2ZYUm9YZm8
Now, I do not change my suspension arms on the my ST-205.
I just unscrew the rear cover and changing the worn bushing on the new, I put the new lubricant and spins back. And I have a new suspension arms again.
I apologize for my clumsy English. If anything is unclear, or have any questions, I will try to answer.
http://www.gt4-racing.eu/index.php/toyota-celica-st205/st205-front-suspension-arms
Do you sell any of this? Or just for you?
I can explain why I decided to do it.
The thing is that the new OEM suspension arms are sold at very high prices.
Here is an example:
two lines (horizontal) arm - $ 830
Two banana lever - $ 630
two figure 8 - $ 230
total: $ 1,700, it is very expensive for me.
I make the suspension arms are much cheaper and can be used repeatedly. You just unscrew the rear cover and replace with a new sleeve.
Here are some examples of my work:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhOThsY05iUmhlUFk
So, yesterday finished Rebild next set SSS suspension arms.
Levers will be sent across the border of the country, so I bought arms with mileage and worked on their Rebild.
Remember, Rebild made from my suspension arms.

So. Continued.
Recently sent me mail the old levers SSS suspension.
In order to restore their work.
Here is a photo of suspension arms: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhbXV2aTdmMF9Ia2c
The photo shows that the suspension arms have someone trying to restore.
Further disassemble and seen what was done. Visible traces of very poor repair, or rather - not proper repair.

cool, your basically showing the whole process of what the guys in poland do. I asked them to show me pics of the process but they said they never took any. now how it works.
Thus, continued.
I got another package, in which lay the old levers SSS suspension.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhZmJGbTJtTmItajQ
Look further. What's inside?
The photo shows that one finger the ball on a banana bent suspension arm (probably a consequence of the strong impact of the wheel obstacle).

Soon several more reports will be about the rebuild of the suspension SSS.
I'm a little busy, but I will definitely continue.
So, the continuation.
I was again sent suspension levers SSS from ST-205:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhS0s2R0xrQV9mUzQ
In general, everything is as usual.
The only medium ball on the horizontal lever is in very poor condition.

These same suspension levers are just finished + in banana levers polyurethane.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYha08yYWpldUN3Tzg
Great job man....How long does these expected to last before servicing again?
Check PM
I'll continue.
Another regular set of suspension levers SSS
As usual they sent me mail for recovery.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhaENIaFhUcnVjQ2s
Then we disassemble and see this:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhS01aNml6LU43MkU
All the parts, which in the photo above had to be thrown into the trash because they are incredibly covered with rust.
We will do this from these levers: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhR3ZoQk1ZZG1wN1U

Incredible work!
So for rebuilding a second time, you will just send out parts?
So, everything is ready.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhdE1KUHkyUndyZFE
Amazing.
You are doing the community a great service. Thank you.
This is inspirational work man, truly.
just to clarify, how much to rebuild all pieces? The Camber Control Links (Figure 8's), control arms #1 and Banana control arms #2. = Total of 4 arms and 2 camber links....
also i like how you did the banana arm bushing. it seems a better design over the GT4 racing.eu because it allows for more moving within the mounting point. http://www.gt4-racing.eu/index.php/toyota-celica-st205/st205-front-suspension-arms
also you said these last longer than Original Toyota Arms (and I believe you), however gt4 racing offers 1 year warranty. do you offer the same???
hmm comes out to near same price as poland guy. he does $500. for everything. plus shipping. anyway.. i like how you showed how the process is because thats something he never showed.
i just got the camber control links reburbished by him.
but what do you mean by difference???
Your friend here says you will have to ship back your suspension to Poland compared to his where you can buy replacement parts and do it yourself.
^This.
understood!
Yes everything is correct.
Soon one more photo-report will be.
I apologize for the delay, a lot of work.
I will continue, perhaps.
So this set of SSS suspension levers was very difficult for a rebuild.
Now you will see for yourself.
So, that's what they sent me this time:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhNElJSzhGYnJ1MXM
But now we look, that inside:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhQ09vRnlIY2VQZmM
That's all that is thrown into the garbage in the photo:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhdlNvc0hsR3lpMTA
Tomorrow I will write a continuation
Thanks to all
Since nothing can be done from these levers, the customer sent me a few more levers and we hoped that something would come out of them.
But everything was not so simple:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhNkhNclFFdVBCbms
So, the leash cases were selected in good condition (similar to the ones on the photo):
And the fingers of the levers were put in order.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhZTBhNkZHai1SbXM
And finally the photo of the finished work:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhQ003SmZjY1R5Wnc
where were you 10 years ago?!!!
its a joke!!! when i heard about superstrut over 7 years ago everyone said there was never a company that offered aftermarket support or rebuild for the arms. but now you and poland guy appeared too many years late! anyway...
Soon there will be a couple of reports.
Since I am engaged in the restoration of SSS levers to Celica (202-205) for more than one year and in the mail I was repeatedly asked to restore the stratum for Levin, I still decided to do it.
So, I'll start. Since I was not sure about the result, I had to do it with my own money and with my leverage.
I myself go to the ST-205 and make levers also for the 205th and 202nd Celica, so I did not have any leverage on Levine.
But they sent me all the same.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhR29saVdUd3E2QzA
So, that's what is inside the levers of the SSS Toyota: Levin:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55jCOGdLSYhXzZ2dTNuQzd1cXM
I forgot a bit about the photo.
So, here is a photo of the ready-made SSS suspension levers on Levin.

Good work!
Do you have replacement boots for sale for ST205 SSS? The arms I have are good, but the wrecking yard tore the boots when removing off the car. Need to replace before installing on the car.
Thank you.
What "replacement boots"?
Got it. We call it anther.
Which ones do you need?
Fantastic work Wild202! This is a great service you are offering.
I have had some of the rebuilt arms from Poland, however they didn't last long before one started to fail; around 10k miles. To be fair they did send a replacement as it was within the 12 months guarantee, but after around 18 months the other side started knocking too.
I ended up eventually replacing them all with new from Toyota.
I suspect they don't open up the joints fully like you do & replace in their entirety, but use some sort of resin injection method to restore the main joints on the lower arm & fig 8, similar method to this: http://www.renewit.co.za/how-it-works.html
And yes, maybe you are right, and maybe not.
I do not know how to make SSS leverage in Poland, so I can not say anything.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with their work.
So.

awesome. however, what is that silver pin on the back of each spherical bushing??? is that a cotter pin???
what i like most about your product is the banana arm bushing. your is almost exactly like the OEM Superstrut Banana Arm.
If you look here https://www.gt4-play.co.uk/shop/banana-arm-polybushes this type of bushing, I believe, interferes with up and down movement of the banana arms
id definitely recommend you to others. honestly superstrut is a good design, but most have never tried it because parts were hard to come by. but now with someone like you its quite easy.
id suggest you post your services on "The Official 6GC Group" on facebook.
Thank you.
Yes, it's a cotter pin on the back of the ball body.
You can pull out this cotter pin, unscrew the back cover and put new bushings inside and you have new CCC levers again.
Hello.
This time I restored the SSS suspension kit set to Celica T-23, 2-ZZ.

I need to send you my ST205 levers for a rebuild!!
Hi, forum members.
I have not written for a long time because I do not have enough time.
However, the suspension arms of the SSS I continue to do.
So: Belgium, nickname on the forum: "abflug"
I bought old levers in my country and made a rebuild:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pK1xgt3yLlG9sbBhbRNXCurZ3k0qEPD4
Plus, Kevin asked me to find for him the steering knuckles and SSS hubs and the SSS brake disc covers:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YwtY_cQWIX-G7Gvw0_5JRU2aHTwmzHYh
Kevin, as soon as you install, be sure to write here.
Soon I will make some more reports on the restoration of the SSS suspension arms.
Just not enough time for everything.
Hello.
This time I restored the SSS suspension arms from the Celica T-231 (they are slightly different from the suspension arms 202-205).
This is a photo of the levers that were sent to me:
