The notorious 3rd gen swap question: how do I wire up the intercooler pump and fuel pump relays?

Ive searched and keep finding answers like "grab your diagrams and wire it up" or "I grabbed my diagrams and wired it up"
I found a couple diagrams but doesnt help much. Dozens of people have done the basic swap wiring "how to" but no one has been specific on wiring up the relays for intercooler pump and fuel pump.

I bought the intercooler pump but the plug was cut off so I just have bare wires. I will also buy relays and try to do it all myself.
Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to wire it up? I mean SIMPLE instructions. Like what color wire to take, where to put it on the relay, and which # pin to run that wire to on which plug. I do understand the basics of wiring and how a relay works (30, 85, 86, 87 87a) so dont need you to entirely spell it out for me.

Obviously this info would be very helpful, IT SHOULD EVEN BE STICKIED . Not everyone can get the wiring diagrams and very few people can even understand them (although I do know most of its labeled, but it can still be confusing) we all need a peoples' champ to giveth us thy divine "how-to"

I started with what I know to do, I swap engine into my car, I knew it was too much work to make it a AWD. I kept it FWD. Went to take a crack at doing the wiring conversion. Than, I realize, shoot, this is out of my league.

Yea but this doesnt detail the wiring of the relay AND pump, in fact he doesnt mention wiring the pump at all because he is doing a front mount. His writeup is assuming you have the relay box also. Its a great reference, if not the best on the site so far. But its not 100%. We need a post showing how to install the complete gt4 top mount

If you do a 3s swap then you dont have the body harness so the intercooler pump doesnt plug into anywhere. The one i have has the plug cut also so i needed to know how to wire it properly. But I did spend the past 3 or 4 days alalyzing the diagrams and i am now 110% positive I can wire everything up the exact way the stock st205 is, just with aftermarket relays. Hopefully when the time comes I have the energy to type up a "how-to"

I could tell you how to do it if you haven't done it already.
