Looking for some old Tanabe gf210 or Tein S tech springs. I don't want to go too crazy lowering it, and I'd really love some Tanabe springs! TRD springs also do a decent job of lowering without being too insane, but I doubt anyone has seen those in forever, haha! Might as well do springs when I do struts, especially if one of you has them for cheap!

Man, I've been wondering how the install has been going! We are in the middle of a house sell/move ourselves, so I assumed that you must be too busy to make progress! I noticed you mentioned AWD transmission.... Is that what you're going for? I was thinking it was FWD only that you're shooting for...

Pm responded to earlier this evening! I hope you got it!

Also, the BEAMS gaskets are now sold to Tiga! I'm glad they'll have a new home, and I'm pumped for his future BEAMS!!

My apologies, msk69. The first post has been fixed. However, if there aren't pictures available, please contact me so I can send you some pictures. Please understand that this is an original post that I've modified as stuff has been added/subtracted. In the past year, I've had several people who ask lots of questions about items, receive several pictures, and then respond with "okay, I'm planning for the future, so I'll let you know." That's followed by me never hearing from them again. Sadly, I did finally get the old ragtop dragged off by the wrecker after taking off what I thought might be useful. I just couldn't handle the waiting and hoping that someone might possibly need something one day. I may still have what you're looking for, and the price will probably be stupidly low. Just ask, and I'll see.

Sorry for the original confusion again!

When you start the beast up for the first time, you need to take a video. Then share it with us! We NEED to rejoice with you! ...unless it explodes. Then we will cry with you.

Can you do stainless flex hoses? I don't know, I'm just asking! I replaced the clutch hose in my Z with a stainless flexible deal. Well... I ADDED the clutch line since it didn't actually have one to begin with!

I'll bet you can take the pedal apart and install a firmer spring wink.gif

I will leave the pedal alone, i dont want it getting stuck.

You are a crazy man. Crazy genius. But still crazy! I honestly can't even imagine the work just to do the pedal! I'm going to have to come to TN so see this beast when it is finished!

the bracket itself took 7 hours, give or take 2. because i had no idea of the positioning of the pedal, so it was trial and error. now that i have a basic idea, should be quicker.

This swap is slow, because im collecting parts as i go. If i break one barrier, i move on to the next. remember, i had no idea the engine would fit in the bay, it would have been a 2700$ loss for me... ( there are cheaper, but not with less than 25K miles and complete with all accessories).

this is the bracket on the car...

of course had to make sure that

i used long bolts, and thread locker... Do not want to get loose on me.. Same went for the pedal...

and next task, will be to find out if these go in with no problem...

hate to take a loss on them.....

Man, I hope they fit! It looks crazy tight already!

What is the pedal for? I may have missed something! And I was thinking you could do throttle bodies through the hood! Hahahaha!
