Full Version: noise after shutting car off

After I turn the car off I hear this like noise and my friend says it sounds like the fuel pump releasing or some kind of vacuum releasing I dont know its like a click and then a release of air

I asked bojangles and he said his car doenst do it so I dont knwo if its supposed to happen or its a sign that something is wrong

my car has been doing the same ever since I put my intake on it or maybe thats just when i noticed it, I don't know what it is but I think it sounds cool.

Only noise mine makes is from the antennae going down.

yeah mines been doing the same, well i noticed after i put my cai on... .. hasnt hurt anything, an it sounds cool.. so eh..

I guess it has something to do with an intake thing, because I put a air filter instead of the stock air box and that might be what happened

When i shut my car off. It acts like it stalls,lol. Thats why its in tha garage getting fixed smile.gif.

its the intake finishing up sucking when the car shuts off that you hear.
