Ahhh yeah...I was going around a "traffic calming" circle and she just sunk down lower glided around so smoothly then I straighten her out and gave her a thrust then I made a right turn and....... oh baby oh baby. All that pleasure on stock rims/tire size and suspension. Cant wait to lower her and get some 17s.

Me too :) Lately I can't stop from peeling her out all the time.. floor it into a turn, take it too wide, and just lose control. Ahhhhh, it's so refreshing!

Haha speaking of that some retard in an older prelude tried to race my so I just floored it and went around a sharp turn doing about 60, and he tried to follow me and almost went over the curb. I slowed down and he caught up and looked kinda pissed cus I was laughing at him.

I LOL on that one RJB, hahahaha. Gotta love these older preludes, i have a couple in town that don't like me one bit, and the probes arn't much better tempered with me around. That Girlfriend statement, i havn't raced full out hard on a closed out street with anybody (streetwars) since i got ran off the road because, dammit, i'm to loyal to my girl (secretly engaged). shhhh.....

if you think she rides smooth on stock suspension there's something wrong with you. She won't ride much better on 17's, it will grip due to more surface contact but won't ride amazing. If you want to make her ride well, get better sway bars, strut bars, bushings, shocks and springs. Then add a nice set of tires and you're set.

Assuming the same width of wheel, 17's will have no more surface contact than 15's. There MIGHT be more tread (although not touching the ground at any one time) if the overall wheel height is greater but that depends on the size of the 17's you get.
