last year i had a problem with my air flow meter... a sensor in there got ****ed and i changed it 3 times.... its a very expensive sensor, more than $100, and because of that the engine was going to 0rpm and didnt stay at 700-800 and switched off by it self

NOW....

check lamp is on sometimes... and when is on it goes down to 200rpm.... some times it switches off again.... but when its at 200rpm and press the gas i hear a strange noice... like someone kicking an big iron thing.....

the check lights after some time driving.... when i touch the pedal of the gas there is no problem the engine works perfectly etc....

the question is....

WHY this ****ing sensor get ****ed up in my car and can i skip it?
