I was looking through past post and I didn't find what I was looking for. Is is possible to do drum to disk conversion with rear brakes from a GT on a ST? Im a newbie when it comes to cars so i need some guidance.

Yeah, it's very possable. There's a lot of guys on here that do it. If you've got the power to go fast, it's best to have the power to slow it down. You can put the rear disks from a 5th gen on the back of an ST too. Someone did a post about that not to long ago.

Here's one: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...26878&hl=brakes
It's about 4th gen, but the subject goes into 5th gen.

Actually, the info in that thread is a little outdated -- I know, because some of it comes from me and additional research (and Coomer's attempt) proved some of it was wrong.

This is the most current thread -- BTW, it comes up if you search "brake"
