Isn't the STX like an Australian/NZ market vehicle? RHD? Maybe it's just a badge on that particular one. IDK

its just a ST with dealer options, like the pinstripe.

Yeah pretty much what pressure2 said.
I have an STX also and my father has been working at toyota dealerships for about as long as I'm alive. From what he told me it's a regular ST dealer options put together by Jim Morran owned toyota dealerships. Mine included options like up graded speakers, pinstripe, gold emblems and the BBS wheels.

lol, my car looks exactly like that right down to the wheels.. and there's another celica at my school looks exactly like mine (even the same color, but it's a GT) so I think that it was a fairly common upgrade package.
