Yes - browse the 50K other topics with nearly the same thread title and you will at least see the blue Celica from Germany [I think] that is 3S-G[Z]E kind of - W/E.

easiest bet is to use a vortec or Rotora centrifugal supercharger with a custom bracket. (if you want to SC that is)

i was just going to post a thread about this.
a centrifugal supercharger has spool time though, not as much as a turbo but still there is spool. would there be any way to use a belt charger?

you are joking right?
Centrifugal (and all superchargers for that matter) are belt driven....and no there isn't
lag that is unless your motor lags.

Lag is only an issue on a honda.

i know the cents are belt driven as well, i was just told that they have a little lag....its just what i was told. i really dont know too much about sc's

edit: i'm going to revise my statement. there is a lower amount of boost in the lower rpm range than in the mid-high rpm range yes. This can for the most part be minimized with sized pullies. In my head I was thinking lag as in waiting for 3,000 grand to come around before seeing boost

sorry to inform you "playr", but its only positive displacement blowers that have boost pretty much from idle.
centrifugal blowers work on TIP SPEED like turbos to and even though they are belt driven like pd you dont see decent boost untill a certian ammount of revs (obviously depending on pulley ratios).
im putting a rotrex centrifugal supercharger on my mates 7th gen, made the bracket and fitted the fmic, just need to finsh piping and tune the pfc and we're away.
should go well.
