yeah i agree, half the uneducated drivers in this world can't even make it out of their driveway safley, its such a joke to see how people actually need to see your brake lights on in order for them to start slowing down... JUDGEMENT OF SPEED PEOPLE and be aware of your surroundings... reaction equals consequence... you don't need people to tell you to wipe your ass after your take a ish, although i keep forgetting that 70% of the world is just full of idiots. honestly i don't even know why hes only willing to "chip in" for damages, the same thing happen to two buddy's of mine. and it went on for a year of the one who rear ended the other one to pay up. make sure you don't loaft on getting this settled.
p.s thanks for the side skirts you never ended up selling to me
you still want them? i got them for ya! lol sorry shanon. but im saying my brake lights WERE NOT a factor in this!! you can see my brake lights VERY WELL! lol you would think the BIG RED STOP LIGHT would stop him! LOL. but yeah, i gotta head out go byron GA maybe the first weekend in may to get the bumper lights rebar etc. and its very cheap so he's going to chip in, im not worried about that part lol.

Damn Dude. Two words: Daily Driver. I know it wouldn't have helped in this situation cause you probably would have taken the BA car to the ricer show [I know I would have] but still.
[I say all this and I've put on MAYBE 3k miles on the Lex since I got it last year]
Glad to see she's OK tho Bro
i only drive my celi once a week. i have a mitsubishi eclipse as my beater. OF COURSE i get rear ended with no rebar on the ONLY day i drive it.... just like i figured i would. i mean i could understand if i made a sudden move or slammed on brakes but i was sitting still! lol but its all good, i fixed it the next day
