Anybody know why the late 60's / early 70's corollas and sprinters have been nicknamed "mangos" ??? I feel like I'm missing somthing obvious here...

Hah the body shape of course. Actually im looking at my friends Green Mango Productions pictures and im looking at my Mango tree outside
Mango is a fruit and the TE rollas have the same shape. im sure there's another story on the name out there.

Beats me - it's a coupe tho? It is shown in Ping's video for the Scion Drift event we showed at. It's flat black with rainbow glitter [don't ask - he has the mustache too...hmmm]
