does anyone know what the black wire that is bolted to the positive batter cable goes to in the engine bay fuse box? kindasad.gif

here is a pic i got off here

this wire as stated before is a bolted onto the postive side by a 12mm bold and runs into the main wiring harness and then i think feeds back in the engine bay fuse box

I think that's wat actually powers everything in your car. The big wire (clamp) just runs to the starter.

it could possibly be for amp, my red terminal does have one like that, made by me. that is not oem

Then that is what goes to the engine bay fuse box. It powers most everything for your car.
