Hello everyone--
When I start my car, it starts off below 1K rpm, then it creeps it's way to around 1400. I unplugged the IAC valve connector to see what happens, then the rpm steadily stayed at 1100. What's the correct rpm at idle? Do you guys think I might have a dirty IAC Valve. So far, I removed the throttle body with the IAC, but waiting until tomorrow to remove the bolts at work, 'cause they are stuck. I'm anxious to know what it could be, so wanted to get some input. Thanks.

i fixed the problem. I replaced my connector to the IAC valve yesterday and I had #1 and #3 wires backwards. I got the connector off a camry with the exact engine and connector, but coloring was a bit different, so i was mistaken. Now, it's back to normal. Well, it's at 1000 rpm at idle now, but I think my timing may be a tad off, so tomorrow I'm going to check it out.
