You need the bumper too, man. The part numbers for the hood and bumper are around here somwhere.
Matthew
the hood from a toyota dealer is gonna cost you $444 shipped.

like someone else said, u can put the hood on there without the bumper. plus u need all the other parts too. i cant wait till i order mine. i wonder how long it will take if i order next week, like a month?
Matthew
A guy at toyota here told me that it will take a day or two to get there. mind you that it's not painted. you will also have to get the inserts that go into the middle and to side vents. I can the part #'s. I will post them once I find them.

cool.. thnx for researchin this for me.. lol.. yeah.. i really like the hoods.. so is just that the hood doesnt fit other celicas.. or is it that it looks retarded without the bumper and other additional pieces?
Cody
The hood has a bulge on the center...so does the bumper. So if you put the hood on without the bumper, you'd have this space in the middle of the hood between your bumper and hood. Go here to see what I mean:

I think this would make a good how-to article so that once everyone that wants one can get a hold of this hood, they won't be so confused as to how it gets hooked up.

I so agree. With pics from the box to the paint shop!

I wonder how the hod would look with the stock bumper?

It doesn't look that great. You can definitely see a gap where the hood meets the bumper. I'd just wait until you've got both pieces before you put them on. Then you can paint them at the same time too so it's a perfect match and it saves you money.

I can't believe this guys...
I keep coming across, and hearing about, everyone wanting a GT-4 hood that wont fit without a snasty looking gap or having to buy the front bumper as well.

I suggest you check out Celica.net for the Group Buy that's still open for a specially made to fit CF GT-4 hood.
