All the parts, which in the photo above had to be thrown into the trash because they are incredibly covered with rust.
We will do this from these levers: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55...R3ZoQk1ZZG1wN1U

Incredible work!

So for rebuilding a second time, you will just send out parts?

just to clarify, how much to rebuild all pieces? The Camber Control Links (Figure 8's), control arms #1 and Banana control arms #2. = Total of 4 arms and 2 camber links....

also i like how you did the banana arm bushing. it seems a better design over the GT4 racing.eu because it allows for more moving within the mounting point. http://www.gt4-racing.eu/index.php/toyota-...suspension-arms

also you said these last longer than Original Toyota Arms (and I believe you), however gt4 racing offers 1 year warranty. do you offer the same???

No problem. I'll give you a one-year warranty (and you can go to the Rally or ring races, anywhere).
If in one year you break my levers of suspension I'll repair them for free (at your expense).
I can not guarantee the polyurethane parts because I do not produce them, but I just buy them and put them in the banana lever of the suspension.
Restoration of suspension levers - 425 USD
(If I'm making out of your leverage suspension).
Polyurethane bushes in banana suspension levers 2х21 = 42 USD

hmm comes out to near same price as poland guy. he does $500. for everything. plus shipping. anyway.. i like how you showed how the process is because thats something he never showed.

Yes, I agree with you on everything except one.
When the suspension that you bought in Poland will begin to knock, you again have to pay 500 + postal services.
When my suspension starts to knock, you can repair it yourself by paying 120 for new sleeves (the parcel will have a weight of 100 grams).
The shipping price will not be big.
Do you notice the difference?
BonzaiCelica
i just got the camber control links reburbished by him.

but what do you mean by difference???

What exactly is not clear?
How do I regain my suspension levers again?
Ask, because of the translation is possible and I'm not quite right I can understand the question.
The_enD
Your friend here says you will have to ship back your suspension to Poland compared to his where you can buy replacement parts and do it yourself.
bloodMoney
^This.
BonzaiCelica
understood!
Wild202
Yes everything is correct.

Soon one more photo-report will be. wink.gif
Wild202
I apologize for the delay, a lot of work.
I will continue, perhaps.
So this set of SSS suspension levers was very difficult for a rebuild.
Now you will see for yourself.
Wild202
So, that's what they sent me this time:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55...NElJSzhGYnJ1MXM
Wild202
But now we look, that inside:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55...Q09vRnlIY2VQZmM
Wild202
That's all that is thrown into the garbage in the photo:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55...dlNvc0hsR3lpMTA
Wild202
Tomorrow I will write a continuation
Thanks to all
Wild202
Since nothing can be done from these levers, the customer sent me a few more levers and we hoped that something would come out of them.
But everything was not so simple:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B55...NkhNclFFdVBCbms
Wild202
So, the leash cases were selected in good condition (similar to the ones on the photo):
And the fingers of the levers were put in order.

And finally the photo of the finished work:

where were you 10 years ago?!!!

where were you 10 years ago?!!!

10 years ago I had a ST-202 with McPherson suspension and I did not have a similar problem.
When I bought the ST-205 I solved this problem for myself and for several years I have been helping all owners of the ST-205.
BonzaiCelica
its a joke!!! when i heard about superstrut over 7 years ago everyone said there was never a company that offered aftermarket support or rebuild for the arms. but now you and poland guy appeared too many years late! anyway...

Well, then! Everything has its time!
What more can I say.
Wild202
Soon there will be a couple of reports. wink.gif
Wild202
Since I am engaged in the restoration of SSS levers to Celica (202-205) for more than one year and in the mail I was repeatedly asked to restore the stratum for Levin, I still decided to do it.
So, I'll start. Since I was not sure about the result, I had to do it with my own money and with my leverage.
I myself go to the ST-205 and make levers also for the 205th and 202nd Celica, so I did not have any leverage on Levine.
But they sent me all the same.

Wild202
So, that's what is inside the levers of the SSS Toyota: Levin:

Wild202
I forgot a bit about the photo.
So, here is a photo of the ready-made SSS suspension levers on Levin.

Good work!

Do you have replacement boots for sale for ST205 SSS? The arms I have are good, but the wrecking yard tore the boots when removing off the car. Need to replace before installing on the car.
Wild202
Thank you.
What "replacement boots"?

Thank you.
What "replacement boots"?

The rubber boots that cover the joins to keep grease in and dirt outside.
Wild202
Got it. We call it anther.
Which ones do you need?

Fantastic work Wild202! This is a great service you are offering.

I have had some of the rebuilt arms from Poland, however they didn't last long before one started to fail; around 10k miles. To be fair they did send a replacement as it was within the 12 months guarantee, but after around 18 months the other side started knocking too.
I ended up eventually replacing them all with new from Toyota.

I suspect they don't open up the joints fully like you do & replace in their entirety, but use some sort of resin injection method to restore the main joints on the lower arm & fig 8, similar method to this: http://www.renewit.co.za/how-it-works.html

Thank you.
I constantly do SSS suspension levers.
Just forget to upload photos here.
Soon I will do a couple more reports.
Wild202
And yes, maybe you are right, and maybe not.
I do not know how to make SSS leverage in Poland, so I can not say anything.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with their work.
Wild202
So.

I forgot completely. I will continue.
Dismantled everything and threw it into the trash (because with such material it is not possible to work).

Titanium or aluminum? No problem, but you will not like the price (it will be expensive). And so it is completely solved.
