Has anyone done this?

I was just going to use a cheap rocker switch for my fogs, but I found a multi-function switch at the junkyard the other day, so I nabbed it. Other than adding the wires/relay/fuse for the fogs, is there any way to operate the custom system off the multi-function switch? Does anyone have a pin diagram for that multi-function stalk?

Can use the switch to trigger the relay, if you have a multi-meter should be able to find which pin on the switch corresponds with the on position. Worst case mock it up next to the battery and listen for relay clicks to find the pin you need.

I just did this this weekend on my 95. If you didn't take the pigtail with the switch like a lot of people do you can still do this. I didn't get a harness pigtail with mine, so what I did was pull my original switch out and set it down side-by-side with the multi-function. You can remove the clear plastic cover on the back of the base, and then there are some screws you can remove (one is held on by 4 slightly gold colored screws, the other by 2 and some clips). Unplug the harness that comes out of the actual stalk itself and swap the bases over. You'll only be able to use 2 screws to hold the old base onto the new stalk but it's fine. Now you have the correct stalk and the base still plugs into your harness. You'll notice there are two extra brown wires coming out of the multi-function stalk, and that they now go to two pins on the plug and harness that go nowhere. I have junk wiring harnesses hanging around from my old Honda so I found two wires with pins that fit, depinned them and added them to the harness in my car. Then I just wired everything together like a normal fog light kit.
