I don't know where to buy "a12v5w" replacement bulbs.

These are for the dome lights in a 1995 Celica GT convertible.

Can I get a clue ?

You should be looking for a "BA9s" bulb. It has a miniature bayonet base. Unless the convertible uses a different bulb than the other body styles. But Amazon/ebay/superbrightLEDs/almost anywhere else carries a huge selection of replacement bulbs
