Do you have any pics of that cargo net kit installed? I've never seen that before and I'm curious if my subwoofer would get in the way

Unfortunately I do not - it rests right up against the rear panel where the taillights are secured. If your sub is located there and not against the back of the rear seats then, yes, not enough space.
