Performance

so far nothing. I'm planning on following the how to article to create a cold air intake, and then I want to purchase the greddy exhaust as well. I consider myself mechanically inclined, and i have been involved with cars for quite some time now. Thats why the idea of a 3s swap sounds oh so appealing. unfortunately, importing clips is no longer legal. headache. I also have to mention that i dont have any previous swap experience. Both reasons are killing my confidence in undertaking such a task. Turbocharging my 5sfe on the other hand, is well withing my skill level. However there is talk in the forums that boosting a 5s is really a waste... :(
Either way i have plenty of time to choose the best route before i finish paying this car off.

Suspension

To be honest suspensions are still a bit obscure to me. I know the basics... its just that I dont have enough of a grasp to be able to dial in a coilover setup or work out my own geometry. camber caster and toe in; I know what they do and how they affect each other, but it takes more than theory. I'm planning to read up as much as i can on suspension physics to help me out in this department. only then will i throw down the money on a coilover setup. till then, stock ftw!

Exterior

a low profile scooped hood would be nice. I dont want my car to be loud. I want it to blend in and seem nonthreatening. how i love surprising people that look down on me (not that my celica can do that, but i know i love it). anyway, the closer to stock the better. i guess the hood is the extent of my exterior modifications.

Interior

i removed the stock "wood trim". Looks loads better now. I would like to get some recaro bucket seats, or simply get leather ones. When it gets warmer out im planning on changing all of my interior lights from green to red. thats about it. no point spending money on interior bits when i have a suspension to save up for
