Yes it is a stock colour.
It is one of the limited colours (Toyota changed the limited colour every year or so - cinnabar red, dark blue and turquoise were some of the other limited colours).
It is a weird colour in that it looks different in different light. Sometimes it looks like a pale lilac, sometimes a rich indigo and sometimes like an electric blue.
