this has happened all of a sudden..

basically unless im driving really slow i cant shift from 1st to 2nd or 3rd to 4th, 2nd to 3rd and 4th to 5th are grand, cant downshift to 4th or second either.. its driving me mad!

also cant get reverse unless i go into 1st gear first..

any ideas?

when im trying to go to 2nd 4th or reverse it just feels like theres no "gate" im just pulling the shifter back into nothing yano?

im thinking either cable or the shifting assembly in the gearbox?

im taking the car off the road for a bit of work this week anyway just wondering where should i look first..

basically, the damn thing doesnt feel like its going into gear at all, and it seems to swap between selecting a gear and not selecting at high rpm shifts.

any suggestions?

its the exact same as spraying a normal colour, and shouldnt cost any more coz the only difference is that a matting agent is added to the paint and laquer..

i should add too that on my previous 200sx, i had a matte black cockpit/roof... i did it first with a gun and matting agent, but the finish wasnt "dirty" enough.. so i re-did it with rattle cans and it came out sweet.. ill see if i can find pics..

theres also a pic of a rat style s13 knocking about too..

i like that.. has no one else done it?

i think very very lightly smoking the lights just to dull them down a bit will look awesome too.. and matte silver wheels.. or better still powder coated!

basically im thinking of doing this coz my car had the front of it pulled off it today in a parking lot (i was sitting in the car at the time!!).. im really having no luck with this car so im gonna do something with it that can be repaired easy!

i think it was some local lads, 3 of them started picking on my best mates girlfriend a few weeks ago on a night out, i stepped in, they threw me a few digs so i beat them back pretty hard.. silly ****ers, just waiting for confirmation on names through the grapevine then we'll see what happens..

im sad to say my celica was vandalised in the early hours of this morning..

broke rear lense, kicked in quarter panel, hatchet through bonnet, keyed body and glass on drivers side.

i HATE this ****ing place, every car ive ever had has been gone after.

pics dont really show the damage very well..

and this is a big **** you to whoever did it.. i will never be beaten smile.gif
