so last saturday i was changing my oil and found out that the last time my oil was changed the drain plug was cross threaded on the oil pan. so ive decided to just replace the whole thing. my question for you guys is, do i need to buy an oil pan gasket? i thought our cars didnt have one and had sealant instead. im online and see that they have gaskets for sale for our cars. should i buy a gasket? edit: my motor is the 5sfe. |

how much for the oilpan and throttle screw adjuster? my oilpan has its threads stripped and is leaking from the drain plug. my motor is also missing the throttle adjuster screw and bolt thing. thanks in advance. |
