go with factory ones. If it's OEM, then it needs OEM style lug nuts IMHO.

ahh this would be SOO COOL to have. But just like you, I've decided to move away from automotive photography.

I'm guessing you photoshop the rig out of the pics?

^^true and coilovers made specifically for off-road probably have to be rebuilt more often then any coilover for autocross, due to the increase in suspension travel/wear/etc... not to mention, they usually cost a pretty penny.

anyone know about the K-Sport Gravel coilovers??? biggrin.gif i would like to kno (sorry dont mean to thread jack)

Team Dynamics makes a simular wheel.---> http://www.bildon.com/catalog/DetailsList....amp;SubNav=none

But i just found that, I didn't really look around for more T.D. wheels, but I cannot find anyone in America that sells them. And i've heard that Team Dynamics is around because rally wheels are hard to find in america, for a decent price.

Good luck with the search. Hope it helps

I have 2 Monroe rear struts (Driver and Passenger side). OEM quality, brand new. My fronts were blown when I got my car last fall, and I replaced those. I was going to replace the rears just to have new ones all around (even though they were not blown) with these, but I ended up getting KYB GR-2s, so I have to get rid of these.

I'll have pics up later tonight.

Price is $70.00 shipped to lower 48 states, if interested outside of the lower 48, there may be an additional shipping charge.

*My consider trades, depending on item, so always PM with an offer if you would like.*

Thanks for reading!

usually ~$400 brand new. And I'm not sure if you can get top hats for the rear...? I heard they were only available for the front on our cars.

Any idea what the spring rates are?? 2 say 325, but what are the other 2? (usually last 3 digits of the long number on the spring)

i got my first rallyx school in my celica in about a month. I am sooo excited. did u make your mudflaps or buy them?

swissferdi is partially correct. the mudflaps are made out of ikea cutting boards. for $5 you can make ones for all 4 corners of the car. they've held up for almost a year and the only time i broke one was when i went to montana for christmas last year and one had a chunk break off at -15 degrees (cold and plastic aren't great friends). they work well for $5 and look ok and i figure its a cheap alternative to spending around $70 for real rally mudflaps.

Sweeettt budget racing at it's best right there. Ikea Cutting boards??? Did u just bolt them in the same spots as the factory mud claps?

And one more question: What's the wear-n-tear been like on the car? Like are you breaking or replacing stuff every race?

there were some spots where the fender liners hook onto the fenders that you'll be able to use to attach themi highly recommend using cardboard templates to figure out the mounting on one side, then you will be able to mirror that for the other side. that way they will look straight. here is what they are:

http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/90131935

as far as wear and tear, the car has been a champ. i haven't had to replace anything on it due to rallyx and when i've done the alignments (i do them myself at the dealership i work at) the car isn't that far off on the alignment angles. the car surprised the hell out of me the first time i drove it in competition. left foot braking is very effective with this car. i'm running bf goodrich traction t/a tires and they work very well as well as keep me in the street stock class, not to mention they are also reasonably priced. let me know if you have any more questions i can help you with.

awesome! thanks alot! I'm currently trying to see if the head tech will let me run stock class, even though i have very light mods. (rear strut bar, shifter, cone filter) They are usually pretty lenient whenever I go to an event, because they just want to have a good time, but I shot the head tech an email just incase.

I was thinking more towards studless winter tires. Do you think the Traction T/A's are a better choice?

DC region takes it way too seriously (which is a pain) so if they see they have something that is against the rules, they throw u in non-comp for the day.

when i was working tech, i saw a guy had a 3pt strut bar, and the tech coordinator saw it, and placed a big "NC" on his car in tape.

Unfortunetly they go by the Solo National's Rule book, and since ST is very popular, they are strict. Link to Rulebook (ST rules are on the bottom of page 1 to mid page 2)
