The car was cruising on the highway, but I didn't get any oil pressures or temps. I checked the radiator and everything is fine there. The leak was roughly in the vicinity of the oil filter and AC compressor on the passenger side of the lower end engine block. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with this engine and I only looked at it for a minute. I was trying to find out if it needed towed (yes). I'll get some pictures and more information up tomorrow.

My friend's car, a '94 ST, broke down today. It will start, and immediately run really rough, and it's leaking oil. A lot. I only ran it for a few seconds just to see what was wrong. I was in a hurry and on the side of a highway so I didn't get to see exactly where it was leaking. Any ideas?

I am trying to remove the entire dashboard from my 95 GT convertible. I've taken out all the screws/bolts I can find, and it seems like it's about to come off, but just won't come. I've searched everywhere and there are no instructions. Has anyone done this? Any ideas?

Everyone will say it's impossible. It can't be done. Maybe it can't. Maybe it can. I'm about to test fit a 1JZ into a Celica GT just to see how much room it takes up. Sure, the idea of fitting a longitudinally mounted straight-6 RWD into a car that takes a transverse mounted 4-cylinder FWD is ridiculous, but it's worth a shot. But really, dude, try it. And if you decide to write more about, please, i'm begging you please, learn how to write. I could only read half of anything you wrote because it was so mind-numbingly painful. Use some punctuation, maybe some capital letters occasionally. You're about to attempt the "impossible," punctuation is easy. And I'll let you know how much room the 1JZ takes up.

I don't know where you got your information, but I have a 95 convertible and needed to replace the top. I don't remember where I found it, but I found a replacement top (professional) with rear glass for under 500$. ANd I'm looking just now and I can't find one for over 800$. But good luck with whatever route you take.

Samir, I have already torn my engine down to the block from above, but now I am having the same problem as you. I removed the front engine mount and disconnected the front crossmember. How did you get the crossmember to swing away to get to the bottom bolt blocked by it?
