I bought this car as used, and owned it for 3 years with no mechanical problems. The reason for selling is because I recently bought a new car for my family.
Air conditioning is good. It is clean inside and outside except a palm-sized dent on the right bumper.

This car has good maintenance history including regular oil changes.

All maintenance and tune ups are up-to-date including:
Replaced with new tires, new break pads, new battery, new radiator, new spark plugs, and etc.

I have the same issues on my 94 Celica GT - Manual transmission.

I never had a clue because bought this car as an used. It never worked since then. However, it has the cruise control trigger, makes a tick noise on the passenger side when its switched on in vain. I assumed the previous owner simply disconnected it. I'd like to turn it back on working.

Can anyone advise where to put my hands on first?
