I have a pair of projectors of a JDM ST202. also one high beam clear lense lamp. I sold my project celica a few months ago and have hold on to these to maybe build another project once a hatch came along. With winter coming i need to collect as much money to buy a winter car. I paid a little over 450 for the 3 from Yahoo Auctions Japan. Im selling for 400 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 OBO.

Has anyone used the stair extension on those rug doctor machines that you rent to clean your seats or carpet? Me and a friend want to give this a go and clean our interiors but was wondering if anyone has tried it before and can shed some light on it.

Well I guess i can try bleeding and see how it goes. So bleeding is just pumping the air out of the lines right? So open the valve and push the clutch in and when fluid starts coming out tight-en it closed and keep repeating... correct?

The slave cylinder isn't that much so I might just end up replacing it with a newer one. Gotta find out how much toyota wants for it but its like 12 on rockauto.

Well as title says, I need to adjust my clutch pedal. It has way too much travel, i have to floor it order to be able to change gears, on top of that sometimes I dont get it in enough and it starts to grind gears as i switch between them. I thought it had a clutch cable but i guess its a hydualic set up. Do I need to change the fluid and if so, how do i do it. I've always had clutch cable trannies. Any help appreciated.

LOL! OMG Yes I did! I actually removed all my center console and trim where the hazard switch and clock are. Disconnectd them to get better access and see if I found anything fishy in there.

Saved me some time Batman Thanks!

OK bumping this old thread back...

After further inspection, i noticed that it had some sort of aftermarket LED mounted by the driver side-side vent. I pulled it off and followed the wire until I came across an after-market ALPINE alarm system. This thing was wired straight into the main power fuses. I cut all the wires attached and resolder them together. I guess we'll see how it works from now on but after leaving it a few hours it seems to be ok.

Only problem is now my side blinkers are not working at all. I'll have to test and see what is affecting those wires. Anywyas might have pics up if i get a chance. But relieved for now!

Great info! just what I was looking for. THANKS!

From the mesurements it looks like the TSX projectors should work and are very similar in size. Also S2000 Koitos and SC430s Should work. RX330s are slightly larger. I think im going try TSX because their cheap, good color, decent output. 55W Kit, and the reflective shroud should bounce the light plenty for a wide light beam.

Yea i notice that the shroud itself is reflective like a mirror so im sure it helps bounce some light further out, similar to the LS430 shroud helps spread the light superwide. Do you happen to know what diameter the lense is? The lense looks clear as well so cutoff should be sharp. Im excited to taking these apart, but definetly want to try an HID projector in there. Will be updating with some good info hopefully.

Im looking for the JDM Clear high beam for the right side. (Left if your facing the front of the car)

I just got the projectors and one clear high from japan and need the right one to complete the set. I never found the right one in Yahoo Auctions Japan or was always outbid. If someone here has one please let me know!
Thanks.

Hello, i was able to talk this guy into selling his 3 wheels of a scion TC for 150. The problem is I need a 4th wheel. LOL. If anyone has one please post up and let me know how much you would want for it. I dont think i would go for anything over 50. Of course ill pay shipping.

Check ksl.com. I got all 4 for $225 from some weird guy in Salinas. There have been about 5 or 6 sets for sale in the past month or two.
Glad to see another 6GC member from Utah.

LOL yea these trio of wheels i found on KSL. I was talking to this lady and she doesnt want to sell any less then 285 for the set... I would just buy some aftermarkets if im going to spend around that. A friend found some mint TRD 19'' for 300... W/Tires! I might just keep lurking.

No just my old interstate battery, but i have been having problems since day one with the battery moving around in the engine bay. Once it even hit the distributer and snapped off one of the nipples for the ignition wires. Ugh! Anyways let me know still interested.

Has anyone measured the actual inner projector from the JDM headlights? Im looking for the size of just the projector and diameter of the outer lens. Just the inner part like in this image.

I'm looking into changing out the whole projector and retrofitting an HID projector like a S2000 or TSX projector. Looking for higher output and a wider more colorful cutoff line, and also fix the RHD cutoff issue. Any help appreciated.
