CelicaGT6G,

Did the Venom 400 make a difference in power wise for your car? Does it turn it self off when you turn off your engine and if you want it back on do you have to pop open your hood and switch it on? How does it work and how long did it take you to install it?

Any of you guys decided which one is better jet between the two? Does anyone have the Jet V-Force on this site?

I have a feeling that the Jet may be better because of the brand but I'm not sure.

But if you install either of them incorrectly the check engine light will come on.

First to say that the venom does not have to be turned on and off. once its on it stays on with the car, the only time you turn it off if you want is for inspections. there is an led that tells when it is is working. you do not have to switch it on everytime you use it. thats stupid. It made a huge differance. More power and torque. it increases the hp by 25% usually. it hooks into the harness that goes to the ecu. it only took me and my friend like 20 mins to install. By the way you dont have to mount it in the engine bay, it just fits there really well and its out of the way. its waterproof too. the jet system is not as good as the venom, my friend returned the jet one recently and said that he should have listened to me on the venom for his galant. its just a better product. if you get one do this hook it up and run your car. stop and turn the unit off then run your car again. i gaurantee you will feel a huge differance. hope this helps.

No offence guys those two are like apples and oranges. The Jet product changes the enigne timing as far as ive read, the venom changes air intake and fuel intake as well as timing. No brainer man go with the Venom.

I have to say that even thought you think there is not much of a following for the 6G celicas i gotta say that over here in RI everyone that has one waves to each other, just on the premise that they are so rare over here. Seriously you hardly ever see them out here. Ive seen like 5. Anyway i mean were not like the corvette crowd that stop and talk everytime they see each other but we do give a friendly ave or rev if we see each other. Its kind of an unspoken kinship.

I have 4 after market five lug alloy rims, they are 14 inchers. They have 4 brand new BF Goodrich radial t/as with about 12 miles on them. I had these on my old eagle talon and then sold the car right after so i kept the rims and new tires. i have no use for them now since my celica that i bought has brand new rubber on the alloys. someone make me a reasonable offer. im looking for like $400 range since the tires alone were that much for the set. so happy hunting. E-mail me if your interested or just reply to this post. thanks all.

Whats up guys and girls? I'm new here and i need some help. I need to know if anyone can find a definate place to order clear bumper markers and clear side markers for the GT. I am stumped. I also have a general question, what do you all think are better? Shaving the side markers or making them clear with hyperwhite bulbs? Thanks all.
