Just bought these recently, they are a nice improvement over the old material. I don't quite care for the clips included but that's how they were done from factory so can't complain. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's a fan of leather seats. And at Vincent's request i took some photos of the fitment.

The original one i bought fit great, the tape just didn't last long. I lined everything up but i dont think i cleaned the area well enough for the tape to adhere. So the next one im going to use my own 3m strips. I either just want to find a cheap one i can paint white to match my old one or find a good quality one and change my color scheme to red/gunmetal.
Any leads to find one would be much appreciated.

that sucks... and that's why I'm afraid to take mine off to replace the tape too. one of my sides didn't go on correctly and has been lifting ever since I got it. Could never get myself to attempt retaping it.

they do pop up on ebay once in a while. the repro ones. but haven't seen them posted up in a while.
Just take your time and be very gentle. I contacted the guy selling them on ebay and he's going to let me know the moment a new batch come in. I'm considering buying an OEM one but this time i wouldn't have it painted but rather paint my riser blocks gunmetal grey.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/94-99-Celica-Liftb...r-/351148301539 <-------- Anyone have one of these or know where i can find one to replace mine? I dont have $300+ for the OEM one and mine broke when i went to replace the double sided tape.

Any leads or ideas are welcome and appreciated, my Celica feels naked without it.

Thanks.

My shift knob in my Celica is the 5 Star dragonball if that helps your case, and i own the entire set of dragonball, dragonball z and dragonball gt. Also bought some dragonball funko pop vinyls including goku ssj god. I too watched it as a kid and can never forget the fun times.

Today i finally installed my pioneer speakers, tweeters and head unit. Photos to come soon when i install the 2 8" subs and amp. Replaced the door blades for the window on the inside, rotated the tires and found my passenger side axle boot is ripped but the axle is fine for now. It's nice that i have 2 spare brand new axles sitting on the shelf.
Last but not least my package finally left isc nyc usps. Warning to those who use usps, apparently alot of packages get stuck in isc nyc usps quite often. Mine did for almost 3 full weeks and by now i should have had the item in hand.

Well I'm mostly screwed anyways but
If you were at my situation what would you do I was on the highway and well
I got radared going 98mph on a 65
I got a citation for speeding soo um what can I do its my first ticket any suggestions and what are the outcomes?? Help /:

I'm 20 btw
Have you been clocked speeding before without getting a speeding ticket?

Did they give you points too?

You could show up to the court date and you MIGHT get the citation lowered. Or try talking to your local District Attorney and ask him/her for advice.

Otherwise for future reference i wouldn't drive more than 5 mph over the posted speed limit. Generally cops don't mind 5mph over so they don't pull you over but, keep your nose clean cause they will keep an eye on you since you were clocked.

gauges looks great. what bulbs are you using for them to light up so nicely?

I am using strips. I was unhappy with the uneven light of bulbs. Not to mention sometimes they just start flickering.

Thanks for the reply, PMed.

So in a sense, get an SRI and build a box to replace the stock air box so it will still draw cold air from the stock location. Am i correct?

Hmm, you may be onto something. My '67 DeVille was my pimping car, the Supra was for selling cocaine. There's just nothing out there that I want. I have standards. High standards. Unrealistic standards. That's ok though.
Then keep it and make it into a car you would like. If you don't like something, change it. biggrin.gif You must have had a reason for keeping it this long, why not a bit longer?
Btw, Today i got a few packages, photos to come in the next week as it all shows up.

Because weight reduction.

Hmm, maybe can epoxy it back together?
The clip that holds the L bracket in the door frame shattered so epoxy won't help much unless i epoxy it into place. With that amount of effort i might as well find a new one. kindasad.gif

Would they look just like ST205 projector lenses for highs and lows? If so, i would be interested in a set. Would be nice to have a back up set in case the glass ones break.

Started up the Celica since its been sitting for a bit....

Started up great.

Pumped the clutch a few times, 3rd time, hits the floor and sticks....

I'm estimating the master is blown, hand me down from the wrecked ST. Ah well, I'll pull the engine before I fix that...
I just had that same issue and it turned out to be the slave cylinder. Both are incredibly easy to replace and are fairly cheap for aftermarket ones.

Discovered that my new celica has a greddy Cat back exhaust.. Just have to figure out which one now
if it is a Greddy there is a stamp on the bottom of the muffler. At least my SP2 does.

1992-1999

7AFE - 750 rpms

5SFE - US - 700-750 rpms
- Canadian - 750-800 rpms

Taken from a Haynes Manual. Doesn't say whether its MTM or ATM, or if it matters.

There is an idle adjustment screw but i wouldn't suggest messing with it.

Just saw this and sorry for the late reply. I just read the back of my remote and it reads FCC ID: BAB237131-056. If you are second guessing it at all, talk to the local dealer and they can find the remote you need via VIN.
Btw, this remote is for my 95 GT.
Here are the photos.

If you want a photo of the unit itself let me know and i'll try to get one tomorrow.

The clock filter is easy to make, i made a red one for my car when i got sick of the blue. I didn't feel like waiting for him to reply so i made one and i have plenty of material left for red filters.
