Keep the Celica. If you could buy the Eclipse new, maybe, but definitely not used. |

If you're worried about rear headroom for people over 6' then you're talking about the wrong class of cars completely. Get a midsized sedan. Neither a Celica or 240SX will be good. People over 6' will have trouble even getting into these cars. If I had a friend that tall, I'd just let him sit up front. Buy the car that you want, not what type of passengers you'll be carrying. P.S. I have a coupe for sale with less miles than the car you're talking about and coupes have more rear headroom than hatches. |

QUOTE(Sh0gunkid8721 @ Jul 11, 2006 - 1:39 AM) There is nowhere in what i said where i disrespect soccer players. Like i said, its a hard sport to play. I just think that the game should be played the way its supposed to be played without the acting and flopping. Same goes for the NBA players. With all do respect to soccer players, but u cant compare 90 minutes of soccer to 60 minutes of american football, cuz if they played 90 minutes of american football, there wouldnt be enough players in the league to play a full season cuz its more physically demanding. ALL sports should be played with the highest respect and the way its supposed to be played, regardless of the difficulty of scoring. If American "Football" players tried playing 90 minutes of soccer, then they would collapse from either heat exhaustion, dehydration, cramping - or in the case of the 300 pound "athletes" on the offensive and defensive lines - heart attacks. |

Sure Italy deserved to win. Their defense was awesome. I played D in high school. You get no respect like Rodney Dangerfield. Zidane's supposed to comment in the next few days on the incident and what provoked him. |

Watching that lowered my IQ by 10 points. Although Knight Rider and Baywatch were two of my favorite shows when they were on. |

QUOTE(Nat04Z06 @ Jun 29, 2006 - 11:39 AM) I'm a little disappointed in the gas mileage of my 5 speed '99 GT. I use the car every day and can put up to 400 miles per day on the car. Coming from a '92 ST that averaged roughly 38 MPH, I was hoping for at least mid 30's from my '99 but seem to be stuck right around 30 MPG. I was just curious if anyone else is getting better mileage and if so, what brand plugs are you using, air filter...etc. My car now has 72,000 miles on it and am planning a full tune-up this weekend. If you got 38 mpg in an ST you were really freaking lucky. It's only rated at 34 highway. I get in the low 30's on the highway. Mixed driving it's high 20's. |

QUOTE(Supersprynt @ Jun 28, 2006 - 9:29 AM) ^ Yeah I think Raimi is taking alot from Ultimate Spider-man instead of the originals. I mean they are so far off from the comics in this one its ridiculous but it still looks good. Gwen Stacey is in it, whens he was Peter's first girlfriend killed by Green Goblin off a bridge like he did with MJ in the first movie, so even though I'm a lil disappointed in the tossing of the originals, it still looks like a pretty kick ass movie. I couldn't agree with you more. There was like 900 issues of great stories before the Ultimate Spiderman even came out. It seems like they're trying to cram 40 years of Spider-man into a few movies. I do find the movies entertaining though. They're light and fun the way comic books are supposed to be. Much better than the X-Men series IMHO. |

QUOTE(LeonStryfe @ Jun 26, 2006 - 12:01 AM) For me to tell you the truth, I never really touched whats inside the back of my celi. I know theres a spare tire there and some tools for it, but other than that it's all clean. Btw, during long trips should I bring a jack? My spare and jack of course, but also an emergency kit with jumpers, tape, some tools, and a reflector in it. Also a set of golf clubs. |
