The boot is cut from the previous owners, my cable was to thick though. I filled that hole with expandable foam which I thought fixed it. But this damaged happened over night while the car was sitting. I can't hose it though because it's 17 degrees and snowing, although it was 60 and raining the other day. When I get a chance I'll check all the seals like the wiper and back window.

Do you have the low beam rubber grommets or atleast the clips(all I'm missing), side marker lights, the rubber pieces on the fenders that the hood sits on, and then wheel well covers(with all bolts)?

As stated, the pieces on the clip that are for sale are interior only. I am not selling anything from the clip in terms of exterior, engine, ECU, wiring harness, or any other hardware. The interior pieces are up for grabs, but I'm afraid I will need the rest for my swap. Apologies.

Ah, sorry for not reading that.

for the flickering, your alternator cannot recharge the battery or maintain itself rather faster than your sub bass hits. you fix it by getting a good battery like optima, get a higher amp alternator, a capacitor, and upgrade the big three wires.

He is correct, if you're having power strains from your system you should do the big three, then the alternator. You can take your alternator to a rebuild shop to have them beef it up. After that if you still had power problems you can add some dry cell batteries like these or or this, while running bigger gauge copper wire to your trunk. Batteries though are not needed for most people, even when the think they are needed.

Also where/how did you ground your amp in the trunk? The best way(that I know) is to get yourself one of these to remove all paint around your ground point. Check the ohms at said location with a DMM, the lower the better. Good locations are the strut bolts, or any spot that's not spot welded and is more in connection to the frame. But this is all based on information that I've read/heard over the last few years since I got into car audio, which some may have different view points/suggestions.

Out of no where I have been getting intense amount of water filling my driver side front and rear floorboards. I cannot figure out where it's coming from, and the weathers been to bad to be out and work on it. I fixed one area which was causing my O/D to turn on/off and made an electrical grinding noise behind the dash. That water was coming from where I ran my power wire for my amp down by the pedals. But now there's still water getting in. The electrical of the car also now wont shut off, which killed my battery. With the keys off and out, I can still roll down my window, turn on the heater, and dash lights remain on. If anyone has any ideas of what it could be or where to start looking that would rock. I can't afford to get a new car, but I can't afford to not drive as well. I am missing my wheel well covers because I could never find new ones. Thanks in advanced, I want to save my celica. If any more info is needed, let me know.

I'd buy the head light seals(w/ clips) and that rubber piece that bolts onto the fender to support the hood when closed. wink.gif

My fender liners have been off my celica for over a year and I lost everything that held them on. What size bolts/screws does it take? Any place online that I can get them if they're specific for this car? I am going to be driving it again soon so it would be awesome if I could get them back on. smile.gif

On a side note would these work on my 95 ST? Or should I just use the original ones? I know I couldn't get the plastic tabs off and I just raged ripped them off at that time.

I guess I'll just ignore it since I never noticed it before. I just get paranoid that something else went bad since the people I bought the car off of never took proper care of her ;_;

Follow your lower radiator hose to the engine.

Not really, of course. But my question is that on a cold start my engine idles high like usual. I can hear the SRI sucking like a vacuum. But when I turn the heater on the cars idle lowers massively, and the vacuum noise goes away. I don't recall it doing this at all during winter time, and it's still fairly nippy here. I'm thinking maybe it could be the alternator, but I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure though it's the throttle body on mine. It started after I installed my SRI, I believe. I feel now it has to much play. So when it shakes it then shakes my hood and makes a lot of noise. But this is all in theory. I cleaned the throttle body out with a rag and deep creep and it shakes less. Random hard spurts. I just need to go back in there with a brush and go to town.

I tried to solve this mystery, but gave up after a few failed attempts. Now I just throw it in neutral when I'm at a stop.

Your car would look good with those corvette rims.

I bought my red ST as a work car with no intentions of anything. Then I fell in love with the 6th gen celicas. I've been looking constantly for the last month or so to find what I want but no avail. So if you want to sell yours or know of any black gt's for sale near you, please to god let me know. Because springs coming around and I have a big to do list on my celica, but I'd rather invest the money in what I truly want. Also I live close to chicago if that helps.

Where can I find the rubber seals new for my rear window and my driver and passenger side windows? Mine are hard and falling apart.

I like it, I just don't know what it'd look like customized. So if you have one similar please post some pictures so I can decide if I should buy it.

Well I cleaned out the carburetor, or tried. There still seems to be some residue in there even after a lot of heavy spraying. I almost wonder if I have to cleaning it by hand when it's off then repeat the on process.
