If you have one that runs and drives but needs body work or some engine work or what not, talk to me. I wanted to get one pretty cheap to fix up, so the cheaper the better. Leave the details and pics are great. Thanks. |

STick to people with a Nissan 300ZX, 90 and up of coarse. Unless you want a classic one, those are cheap as hell. You can get one(300zx) that needs some body work for like 3000, not bad since you can upgrade the turbos and make like 450 hp with a pretty much stock setup |

It's a 95, new clutch, and and belts. All new hoses, alternator, seals, fuel lines, brake lines, the whole bit. He was gonna build it up but then decided he wanted a 3000 GT... |

Alright, so I was cruising the other day and I spot a pretty nice looking Celica in a local parking lot for sale. So I turn at the next light and swing back around to check it out, since I was in the market for another Celica anyway, I thought I would check it out. I get there and hop out, walk around the thing a few times and check it out. It has a dent in the drivers side door, about 2 inchs wide by about 8 inches long by about an inch deep, not a huge deal, I can fix it in about a day. So I write down the number on the windshield and go home to call on it. There was no price listed and I couldn't see in cause it's got like 5% tinting all around. So I called the guy and asked him what he a little more about the car: *65K miles *5 spd *CD *All power options *Moonroof *It was an ST *Hatchback *Ton of new parts So I was really looking for a GT/GTS, but I think hey, I might as well see what he wants. So I ask, he says "3000 OBO, I could probably go as low as 2500 if you pay with cash or something where I get the money right away". So I told him I would call him back after I checked a few things out. I called back and he showed me the car and let me drive it a bit, the power issue is not that bad, nothing a turbo won't fix, but it handels great and looks damn good. So I left my number with him, and told him I would check money satus on Monday and could have the money to him by Tuesday or something. What do you guys think? Great deal??? Just wondering if you guys would jump on it like I am thinking about doing... P.S. I checked it all out, not hidden problems, just the dent. |
