So I have noticed that almost every time I accelerate from either a complete stop or moving slowly (ie. accelerating thru a turn) I hear this grinding or crackling noise. Its not real loud but you can definately hear it. Some one said get your fuel injectors cleaned so I took it to the dealer...still does it. Anyone have any ideas what it could be and how to repair?

Thats really not cool, you're bashing like 99% of people on this site. We do care about our cars regardless of the amount of modification and it is not right for you to make such harsh remarks because of someones opinion. Thats just how I feel.

If there is on thing I have absoultly no idea about, it is speakers stereos and how they hook up. here is my prob:
I got a new cd player for the car, so I have the guys where it was bought hook it all up. Next thing I notice the 10s in the hatch aren't sounding the way the used to when the factory radio was in. So this kid at school was like "trust me I know what I am doing I'll fix it" Next thing I know the amp is running all hot and stuff. So I have another guy tell me that the first guy f'ed it all up and he did some crap... now when I take the face plate off, holy crap, the noise that comes from the speakers is deafening I don't know what that is? Can some one hook a girl up with an idea of whats going on and maybe how to have it fixed?

ok since everyone is telling stories about stupid people heres one for yall:
I am driving home from work and am at a light, this fricken civic pulls up next to me. Hes all like "I like your eclipse he he" now I don't know if hes being sarcastic or what, but it was just one of those days so I was like, "thanks d!ck I like your yugo."
I dont know where I am going with this but I think the moral of the story is: when they get all in your grill like they want to cook some mfing chicken, tell em where they can go.

So, I can't afford a new set of rims right now so... should I :
a. lower it anyways on the factory wheels
or
b. leave it looking all gravedigger-style untill I can purchase wheels as well?

So, I call the guy from kr motorsports to find out what the deal was with the header for the gt about 3 days ago. On their website they supposedly have a header made by DC motorsports for the 5sfe for 170.00. First of all, you could tell this guy was really lovin his job (not). He was acting like he was looking something up and then gets back on the phone and after giving me the run around said that they don't make them yet but will start to in september. They will be 259.00 what kind of false advertising is that!?

I'd be all over that in like a month or so.
