Cusco Strut tower bar $150

Excel 17"-7 Rims good tread less than 400 miles on them $600

I have a Trd high perf air FIlter in great condition used only two weeks untill I got my intake ( use with standard airbox supposly gets the same hp increase as a short ram air intake someone ran a test a while back on this site drops right in) asking $20

I also have a ground wiring kit someone sent me for free its blue I never used it and i still have it believe its a universal one $5

I already have all the little stuff done to my st intake exhaust, chip, venom control module, headers, denso sparkplugs, wires, but i want to get something that will make it move. I have read all the post before about the swaps but the only thing i can see that will be smog legal is the usdm 3sgte, if you turbo an st will that pass smog?

I think the swap is the best option but where is the best place to find a usdm 3sgte, most of the places i have called only deal with the imported engines.

i WAS WONDERING IF YOU GUYS COULD HELP ME OUT, I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO GET SOME GOOD HP GAINS IN MY CELICA, BUT EVERY TIME I LOOK INTO AN OPTION IF FIND IT IS NOT SMOG LEGAL, I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD THROW ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, I WAS THINKING OF SWAPPING MY ST ENGINE OUT FOR A GT REBUILDING IT WITH ALL NEW INTERNALS AND TURBOING IT, OR I WAS THINKING THAT MAYBE I COULD GET MY HANDS ON A USDM ALL TRAC ENGINE, OR DO YOU GUYS THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER TO JUST UPGRADE THE INTERNALS IN MY ST AND TRY AND TURBO IT, WHICH WOULD BE MOST COST EFFICIENT AND WHICH SETUP WOULD NOT CRAP OUT ON ME THE FASTEST.
